Remote Deposit Capture. The Bank’s remote deposit capture service allows you to scan paper checks payable to you, convert the checks into digitized images of the checks or electronic items, and electronically transmit the electronic items to us for deposit to your account. The Bank requires you to sign a separate agreement before using this service.

Remote Deposit Capture. If Member is enrolled in Remote Deposit Capture, Member may utilize deposit checks using Member’s Mobile Device as described below.
Remote Deposit Capture. Remote Deposit Capture services (“Services”) are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings or other accounts from home or other remote locations by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to FCCU or FCCU’s designated processor. Your use of the Services constitute your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions provided upon your initial use of the Services which are incorporated by reference and included herein. FCCU reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions from the Services. Your continued use of the Services will indicate your acceptance of any such changes to the Services. FCCU reserves the right to suspend Services to any member at any time for any reason, or for any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Remote Deposit Capture. “RDC”). If enabled by Platform for your Account, you may make deposits into your Account by using the Mobile App to take a legible picture of the front and back of a negotiable check and transmitting such images. The RDC service is for non-business, personal use in accordance with this Agreement. We will attempt to collect the item by presenting the image or converting the image into a digital representation of the original check (a “Substitute Check”). Unlike traditional check deposits, you retain the original paper check when you use Remote Deposit Capture. We request you to retain the original check until final settlement of the check. There is currently no charge for using RDC; should there be charges in the future, you will be given appropriate notice. Your wireless telecommunications provider for your wireless device or other third parties that you may utilize may impose fees to make that device data-capable, to exchange data between the device and the Platform, or based on the location of your use. By using the RDC service, you agree that you will be bound by the terms of this Agreement and will follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of RDC that we may establish from time to time.
Remote Deposit Capture. If we approve your use of Business Online Banking Services to deposit checks, this Agreement incorporates and supplements the terms and conditions of the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement and applicable schedules. You may use Business Online Banking Services to deposit checks subject to the terms of this Agreement. All deposits processed through Business Online Banking Services are subject to deadlines and cutoff times as may be established by the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement or as the Bank may from time to time establish. If you elect to utilize Business Online Banking Services to deposit checks, before initiating check deposit, you will complete and deliver to the Bank each schedule, addendum, authorization or other document required or contemplated by the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement, which is incorporated herein by this reference. The Remote Deposit Processing Agreement will govern the rights and liabilities of the parties with respect to checks deposited through Business Online Banking Services, except as expressly provided herein. The terms of the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement and applicable schedules will supersede any conflicting terms in this Agreement.

Remote Deposit Capture. You can use the Service to scan images of checks and other Items (“Checks”) and then transmit those images and other data to us electronically for deposit to your account. The Checks will then be processed electronically.
Remote Deposit Capture. Remote deposit capture (“RDC”) allows you to make deposits to your account from remote locations by electronically transmitting digital images of your original paper checks, which are drawn on or payable through United States financial institutions in United States dollars to us. We may then use digital images to create an electronic check or substitute check for collection. If you use our RDC services, if applicable, we may require you to endorse the bank of the paper check to indicate that it has been remotely deposited. For example, “for mobile deposit only” or “for mobile deposit at SUMMIT COMMUNITY BANK only”.
Remote Deposit Capture. You may use Mobile Banking to make deposits into your eligible deposit accounts using your Device and a software application, scanning an image of original paper checks that are drawn on or payable through United States financial institutions and electronically submitting the paper check images and deposit information to us for deposit into eligible account(s) for collection by us. You may only scan checks payable to you, properly endorsed by you, drawn on United States financial institutions, and contain a valid routing number. This process is termed the “Remote Deposit Capture“ service. The Remote Deposit Capture service requires our approval. We may at our discretion change, suspend or discontinue the Remote Deposit Capture service, in whole or in part, or terminate your use of the Remote Deposit Capture service at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you. We are not responsible for any third party software you use for the Remote Deposit Capture service. We reserve the right to change hardware and software requirements; we will notify you of any material change by e-mail or on our Online Banking website. You may terminate the Remote Deposit Capture service. In the event of termination of the Remote Deposit Capture service, you will remain liable for all transactions performed on your account. You may scan and submit check images for deposit to us within dollar limits established for you by us. We reserve the right to limit the frequency and dollar amount of deposits submitted through the Remote Deposit Capture service. If you exceed the limits established for you by us, it is our discretion to accept or refuse the check image(s) deposited. If we accept a check image deposit that exceeds your deposit limits, we have no obligation to do so in the future. We at any time may or lower your deposit limits at our discretion. The service is limited to $ or per day. A check image submitted to us electronically for deposit is not deemed received until Citizens Tri-County Bank accepts, processes, and confirms receipt of your check image deposit. We only accept and process electronically received check images during our regular business days and hours. For purposes of the Remote Deposit Capture service regarding the receipt and processing of electronically submitted check images, our Business Days are Monday through Friday, till 6:00 pm CST.
