Taxing Authorities definition

Taxing Authorities means Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, Her Majesty the Queen in right of any province or territory of Canada, any municipality of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, the Canada Border Services Agency, any similar revenue or taxing authority of Canada and each and every province or territory of Canada (including Revenu Québec) and any political subdivision thereof and any Canadian or foreign government, regulatory authority, government department, agency, commission, bureau, minister, court, tribunal or body or regulation making entity exercising taxing authority or power, and “Taxing Authority” means any one of the Taxing Authorities;
Taxing Authorities means Her Majesty the Queen, Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, Her Majesty the Queen in right of any province or territory of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, any similar revenue or taxing authority of each and every province or territory of Canada or municipality therein and any political subdivision thereof, and any Canadian or foreign governmental authority exercising taxing powers in administering and/or collecting Taxes;
Taxing Authorities means the Internal Revenue Service and any other federal, state or local authority which has the right to impose Taxes on the Company or a Seller Entity.

  • The Partnership Representative is authorized and required to represent the Company (at the Company’s expense) in connection with all examinations of the Company’s affairs by Taxing Authorities, including resulting administrative and judicial proceedings, and to expend Company funds for professional services and costs associated therewith.

  • PILOT Payments shall be allocated among the Taxing Authorities in proportion to the amount of real property tax and other taxes which would have been received by each Taxing Authority if the Phase 2B Facility was owned by the Company exclusive of the Agency’s leasehold interest.

  • The Settlement Administrator, as administrator of the QSF, shall report that portion of the Settlement Fund Amount payable by the QSF as wages to each eligible Settlement Class Member to the IRS and to other appropriate Taxing Authorities, and each of them, on an IRS Form W-2, or any other applicable form.

Taxing Authorities means any Governmental Authority that has the power to impose Taxes upon Borrower or any of the Collateral.
