Holiday Time Accrual. Upon retirement or termination, employees shall be compensated for any unused accrued holiday time at the then current base rate equivalency unless the employee’s position was abolished as a result of a layoff.

Holiday Time Accrual. An employee may code vacation or other appropriate accrued paid leave time on a fixed holiday only under the following circumstances:
Holiday Time Accrual. An employee’s paycheck will reflect the accrual of 16 holiday time.
Holiday Time Accrual. 1. Any holiday time accrued in excess of sixty-four (64) hours shall be lost if the employee does not take such accrued holiday time off within thirteen (13) pay periods, provided no employee shall lose accrued holiday leave time because of work urgency. Upon retirement or termination, employees shall be compensated for any unused accrued holiday time up to a maximum of sixty-four hours at the then current base rate equivalency.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:
