Current Base Rate definition

Current Base Rate means the rate payable from time to time per Vessel per day under the Charter applicable to such Vessel, as reduced with USD 6,500 per Vessel per day for the period from and including 1 January 2012 to and including 31 December 2015.
Current Base Rate means the applicable royalty rates in effect on December 31,1982, as reflected in 37 CFR 308.2(a).
Current Base Rate. Base rate at any point in time in the future. “COLA:” Cost of Living Allowance paid to current employees on top of the base rate (currently $0.59).

More Definitions of Current Base Rate

Current Base Rate. Base rate at any point in time in the future.
Current Base Rate means the appli- cable royalty rates in effect on Decem- ber 31, 1982, as reflected in 37 CFR 256.2(a).
Current Base Rate means LIBOR as of the date of the purchase for a term equal to the term beginning on the date of the purchase and ending on the Assumed Maturity Date.
Current Base Rate means the applicable royalty rates in effect on December 31, 1982, as reflected in 37 CFR 256.2(a).(ii) If the 3.75% rate does not apply to certain DSE's in the case of a cable system located wholly or in part within a top 100 television market, the current base rate together with the surcharge shall apply. However, the surcharge shall not apply for carriage of a particular signal first carried prior to March 31, 1972. With respect to statements of account covering the filing period beginning January 1, 1990, and subsequent filing periods, the current base rate together with the surcharge shall apply only to those DSE's that represent commercial VHF signals which place a predicted Grade B contour, in whole or in part, over a cable system. The surcharge will not apply if the signal is exempt from the syndicated exclusivity rules in effect on June 24, 1981.(iii) The 3.75% rate means the rate established by 37 CFR 256.2(c), in effect on March 15, 1983.

Related to Current Base Rate

  • CD Base Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • U.S. Base Rate means, for any day, the rate of interest per annum equal to the greater of (a) the interest rate per annum publicly announced from time to time by the Administrative Agent as its reference rate in effect on such day at its principal office in Toronto for determining interest rates applicable to commercial loans denominated in U.S. Dollars in Canada (each change in such reference rate being effective from and including the date such change is publicly announced as being effective) and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%.

  • Adjusted Base Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Percentage.

  • Fixed Base Rate means, for each Disbursed Amount, the equivalent of the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in dollars for value on the Rate Fixing Date for such Disbursed Amount, expressed as a single fixed interest rate based on the fixed interest rates corresponding to the repayment installments of such Disbursed Amount, as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • LIBO Base Rate means with respect to each day an Advance is outstanding (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the rate per annum equal to the rate published by Bloomberg or if such rate is not available, the rate appearing at page 3750 of the Telerate Screen as one-month LIBOR on such date, and if such rate shall not be so quoted, the rate per annum at which the Lender is offered Dollar deposits at or about 11:00 A.M., eastern time, on such date by prime banks in the interbank eurodollar market where the eurodollar and foreign currency and exchange operations in respect of its Advances are then being conducted for delivery on such day for a period of one month and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Advances to be outstanding on such day.

  • Alternate Base Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (a) the Prime Rate in effect on such day and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%. Any change in the Alternate Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate, respectively.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Base Rate means a fluctuating interest rate per annum in effect from time to time, which rate per annum shall at all times be equal to the highest of:

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • Current Rate means the applicable basic minimum wage rate for Local Workers by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance, prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for submission of Tenders.

  • Canadian Base Rate means, at any time, the annual rate of interest equal to the greater of (a) the annual rate from time to time publicly announced by Agent (or a bank that is listed on Schedule 1 of the Bank Act (Canada) acceptable to Agent) as its prime rate in effect for determining interest rates on Canadian Dollar denominated commercial loans made in Canada and (b) the annual rate of interest equal to the sum of the 30-day BA Rate at such time plus 1% percent per annum.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Lease Rate means for each 2010-1 Lease, the rent charge portion of each Monthly Payment, calculated on a constant yield basis at an imputed interest rate.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Applicable Base Rate means (i) with respect to a Rate Period of fewer than 49 days, the greater of (a) the SIFMA Municipal Swap Index or (b) the LIBOR Rate, and (ii) with respect to a Rate Period of 49 or more days, the LIBOR Rate.

  • Adjusted Prime Rate A rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the Prime Rate Margin and (b) the greater of (i) the Prime Rate or (ii) one percent (1%) in excess of the Federal Funds Effective Rate. Any change in the Adjusted Prime Rate shall be effective immediately from and after such change in the Adjusted Prime Rate.

  • Corporate Base Rate means a rate per annum equal to the corporate base rate of interest announced by First Chicago from time to time, changing when and as said corporate base rate changes.

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • Alternative Base Rate means the rate that has replaced LIBOR in customary market usage for determining floating interest rates in respect of bonds denominated in Dollars or, if the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines that there is no such rate, such other rate as the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines in its or the Issuer’s sole discretion is most comparable to LIBOR. If the Alternative Base Rate is determined, such Alternative Base Rate shall be the Alternative Base Rate for the remaining Interest Periods.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Exposure rate means the exposure per unit of time, such as roentgen per minute and milliroentgen per hour.

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • Reset Reference Rate means in respect of a Reset Period, the gross redemption yield (as calculated by the Agent Bank on the basis set out by the United Kingdom Debt Management Office in the paper “Formulae for Calculating Gilt Prices from Yields”, page 5, Section One: Price/Yield Formulae “Conventional Gilts”; Double dated and Undated Gilts with Assumed (or Actual) Redemption on a Quasi-Coupon Date (published 8 June 1998, as amended or updated from time to time) or if such basis is no longer in customary market usage at such time, in accordance with generally accepted market practice at such time, on a semi-annual compounding basis (rounded up (if necessary) to four decimal places) of the Benchmark Gilt in respect of that Reset Period, with the price of the Benchmark Gilt for the purpose of determining the gross redemption yield being the arithmetic average (rounded up (if necessary) to the nearest 0.001 per cent. (0.0005 per cent. being rounded upwards)) of the bid and offered prices of such Benchmark Gilt quoted by the Reset Reference Banks at 11.00 a.m. (London time) on the Reset Determination Date in respect of such Reset Period on a dealing basis for settlement on the next following dealing day in London. Such quotations shall be obtained by or on behalf of the Issuer and provided to the Agent Bank. If at least four quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Rate will be determined by reference to the rounded arithmetic mean of the quotations provided, eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest). If only two or three quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Rate will be determined by reference to the rounded arithmetic mean of the quotations provided. If only one quotation is provided, the Reset Reference Rate will be determined by reference to the rounded quotation provided.
