Hidden services. 12.1 Prior to the Seller commencing any work the Client must advise the Seller of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly mark the same. The underground mains & services the Client must identify include, but are not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, oil pumping mains, and any other services that may be on site.

Hidden services. All known services will be brought to the attention of the Contractor by Employers Representative. Should the Contractor encounter any other services in the work area, he will immediately bring them to the attention of the Employers Representative who will issue instructions as to what actions are to be taken. The protection of all pipes, gauges and plant is of extreme importance. Should any damage take place, which is due to the Contractors negligence, another Contractor will be brought onto site to affect repairs. All costs will be to the account of the Contractor who caused damage. Hidden services. There are several services buried in and around the sites where the Works will take place, and precaution should be taken while carrying out the works. These services provide critical essential services to the Airside operations and should not be disturbed. Other reports and publicly available information This subsection may refer to mapping, hydro-graphic data, hydrological information, shipping movements, tides and published papers or Geological Surveys that the tendering contractor may need to be able to decide his method of working and programme and prepare any designs for which he would be responsible. The Contractors Project SHEQ File  The Contractors Project SHEQ File is to be updated on a continuous basis. The Contractor is to ensure that all relevant documentation and authorisations are contained in the file pertaining to the project. Upon completion of the project, the Contractor is to convert all documentation contained in the SHEQ file into electronic format and save it as a PDF File. The file name should contain the name of the Contractor and the project. The file should then be saved onto a disk or removal storage device and handed over to the Project Coordinator or Project Manager upon completion of the project.  Once the SHEQ file has been submitted for approval, there will only be one opportunity granted to the contractor to rectify any non-conformances and such submission should be made within three working days. Should the safety file fail after the second evaluation the Eskom reserves the right to terminate the contract or cancel task order whichever is applicable depending on the type of contract entered into.
