Design Report the Phase 1 Design Report and any other report prepared by the Supplier with the assistance of the Participating Railway for each network build out phase of the HER Network detailing network implementation works by country;
Design Report means the report prepared by R.V. Anderson Associates Limited and titled “Deep Lake Water Cooling Expansion ProjectConceptual Design Report – Second Submission” dated October 4, 2019, including the associated "TW Comments and Response Log" and related supporting documents and any further amendments arising therefrom, and the project performance specifications to be developed by Enwave hereafter, all as may be acceptable to the General Manager and Enwave, each acting reasonably.
Design Report. Prepare final design report documenting design criteria, assumptions, and decisions. QA/QC – WGM Principal Engineers and Construction Project Manager will review the design plans and contract documents for quality control. Agency Review Coordination – Coordinate as necessary with City, MDT, and UM staff during the design review phase. It is anticipated that there will be one (1) design review meeting with all review agencies, to be held in Missoula. Final Plan Revisions – Make revisions to plans, specifications, and estimate based on comments received from reviewers at the City, the University, and MDT. Submit revised plans for one final review (no review meeting anticipated for this step). Address final comments without additional submittal/review.

Design Report shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 13.4.2; “Dispute” shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 39.1.1;
Design Report means the hard copy report that identifies the facilities, design philosophy, and design assumptions and criteria for potable, irrigation, and sanitary sewer systems.
