Sewer Services definition

Sewer Services or "sewer facilities" means treatment works as defined by Section 17.001 of this code or individual, on-site, or cluster treatment systems such as septic tanks and includes drainage facilities and other improvements for proper functioning of septic tank systems.

Sewer Services means the removal of Wastewater by the County from a Customer’s Property and associated services offered to the Customer under this Bylaw;

Sewer Services means wastewater pipes which connect premises to the Town’s wastewater collection system

More Definitions of Sewer Services

Sewer Services means any services provided by the City related to the connection of premises to the City's public sewage works and storm sewer and the discharge of substances into either of those systems;

Sewer Services means the acceptance, collection, and transportation by the Village of Sanitary Sewage discharged from the Site through the Band’s Sewerage System and ultimately to the Village’s Sewerage System for treatment and disposal at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant pursuant to the Village-City Agreement, as otherwise described and provided by the Sewer Agreement.

Sewer Services means all aspects of service to applicants and owners supplied pursuant to the Sanitary Sewer Bylaw through the Sewage Works System.
