HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS a) The Employee agrees to maintain a defined and secure workspace that meets the corporate and departmental occupational health and safety policies and other safety regulations that may apply in the jurisdiction to which they have relocated. A completed Health and Safety Self-Assessment Checklist must be attached to this Agreement.
HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS. All employees on site during Phases 2-4 will follow the safety conditions listed below. ** More detailed health and safety information can be found in the attached document titled COVID-19 Return to In-Person Instruction RCTA Health and Safety Addendum. The District shall adhere to the COVID guidelines issued by the California Department of Public Health (“CDPH”), California Department of Education (“CDE”), California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA), and/or the Riverside County Office of Public Health ("RCOPH")(collectively "Health and Safety Agencies"). The parties agree to meet as soon as possible to negotiate the impact and effects of revisions or updates to those guidelines. Guidance and directives from Health and Safety Agencies may be amended or eliminated from time to time due to changed conditions and new information learned about COVID-19.
HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS. Child and Family will have all recommended vaccinations and to aid in preventable diseases. Nanny will have all updated vaccinations including pertussis (Tdap), meningitis, MMR (Measels, Mumps, and Rubella), and Influenza (flu) vaccination. If needed, Nanny may be eligible for reimbursement to get the acquired vaccinations at Family expense. Family travels globally and is exposed to global diseases in airports, planes, and during travel so the vaccinations are a genuine health risk. Nanny will provide current infant/child CPR and first aid training documentation and/or will complete such training within sixty (60) days of start date. Family may cover the cost of this class; however, it shall be Nanny’s responsibility to make arrangements for attending the class during off-duty hours.
HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused federal, state, and local public health officers to issue orders and guidance impacting the educational operations of the District in order to minimize health and safety risks associated with COVID-19 infection and illness. The District may transition to a hybrid or full in-person learning only when allowed by CDPH and VCPH , and only after consulting with stakeholders, including, but not limited to labor representatives, the governing board, employees, students, and parents. Both parties agree to follow the guidance outlined in the COVID-19 and Reopening In- Person Learning Framework for K-12 Schools in California, 2020-2021 School Year as a minimum level of safety. Except as set out on Schedule 4.7, the Borrower has no knowledge that it, its property, any Restricted Subsidiary, or any Restricted Subsidiary’s property will become subject to environmental laws or regulations during the term of this Agreement, compliance with which could require Capital Expenditures that could constitute a Material Adverse Occurrence.

  • Environmental Health and Safety i. Environment, Health and Safety Performance. Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to maintain an environment, health and safety management system ("EMS") appropriate for its business throughout the performance of this Contract. Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS shall promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies.   • Health and Safety Representatives 58.1 The Employer and its Employees will comply with Part 7 of the OHS Act – Representation of Employees in relation to the establishment of designated work groups and the election of Health and Safety Representatives.

Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes.
