Work Health and Safety definition

Work Health and Safety. Committee shall mean the committee formed under the provisions of the Work Health and Safety Act for Council. Outdoor Staff Employees employed in the Parks and Gardens, Civil Operations and the Depot.
Work Health and Safety means any and all applicable occupational health and safety, work health and safety, dangerous goods, electricity safety or environmental protection related legislation together with associated regulations that are relevant to the goods/ services and the safe manner in which those goods/services are provided or supplied.
Work Health and Safety means all such requirement whether under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and regulations in any other Act, regulation or local law which must be complied with in connection with the construction and installation of the Artwork.

  • If within a reasonable time there is still no resolution, any of the Nominated Parties attempting to resolve the issue may then ask Work Health and Safety Queensland, and/or the QBCC, where applicable, to arrange for an inspector to attend the workplace to assist in resolving the issue.

Work Health and Safety. Plan: (Clause 1.1) 1.
