Grant of Exclusive Right. Subject to the further provisions of this Agreement, Supplier grants Distributor the exclusive right to market, sell, distribute and service the Product in the Territory during the Term. Distributor may not engage sub-distributors to market, distribute, sell or distribute the Product without the prior written consent of Supplier, which consent may be withheld in Supplier’s sole discretion. Further, Distributor shall not permit Courses to service the Product.
Grant of Exclusive Right. SOCAR hereby grants to Contractor the sole and exclusive right to conduct Petroleum Operations within and with respect to the Contract Area in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and during the term hereof. Except for the rights expressly provided for herein, this Agreement shall not include rights for any activity other than Petroleum Operations with respect to surface areas and sea beds, sub-soil or to any other natural resource or aquatic resources.
Grant of Exclusive Right. Except as provided in Section 3.03, CONTRACTOR is hereby granted the exclusive right to collect, transport, recycle, process and dispose of Garbage, Recyclable Material, Organic Waste and Large Items within the Service Area, including without limitation all such material generated or accumulated at all SFD Service Units, MFD Service Units, Commercial Service Units and Town Service Units in the Service Area. No other Garbage, Organics, or Recycling Collection Services shall be exclusive to CONTRACTOR.

SOCAR hereby grants to Contractor the sole and exclusive right to conduct Petroleum Operations within and with respect to the Contract Area in accordance with the terms of this Contract (including those terms set forth in Article XV) and during the term hereof. Grant of Exclusive Right. The City hereby extends and grants to WMW the exclusive right and obligation to collect those City Solid Wastes, and provide those services previously provided under its WUTC Certificate G-237 to customers within the Incorporated Territory during the term of this Agreement (hereinafter the “Collection Services”). During the term of this Agreement, the City agrees that, it shall not contract for Collection Services or provide Collection Services within the Incorporated Territory. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the grant of an exclusive right to such Collection Services:
Grant of Exclusive Right. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and for so long as Licensee is in compliance with all of its obligations hereunder, Biowell hereby grants an exclusive right for Licensee to: (a) manufacture the Products using only Product Materials purchased from Biowell or its authorized designees for resale in the Territory; and (b) resell the Products, either purchased from Biowell directly or manufactured by Licensee using Product Materials purchased from Biowell, in the Territory (collectively, "Exclusive License"). Licensee shall purchase Product Materials only from Biowell or its authorized designees. The parties understand that the exclusivity of the manufacturing arrangement requires that Licensee give an undivided priority of the highest loyalty to the Products in all business endeavours. No express or implied licenses of any type for the Technology shall be granted to Licensee.

Grant of Exclusive Right. Owner hereby grants to GS, for the benefit of GS and its Affiliates, an exclusive right, but not the obligation (the “Right”), during the Term, to lease from Owner (or an Affiliate of Owner) certain Facilities under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the Right is exercised, the Parties (or Affiliates thereof) will enter into the Lease Documents pursuant to Section 8(a). Subject to Waiver of such Right pursuant to Section 7, GS may exercise the Right at any time prior to the expiration of the Term on the terms set forth in this Agreement. In addition, GS may terminate the Right at any time prior to exercise of the Right or expiration of the Term by giving written notice to Owner of such termination. GS may designate from time to time any Affiliate and may grant the Right to such Affiliate, together with the right to enter into any transactions contemplated herein.
Grant of Exclusive Right. Staatsolie grants to Contractor the sole and exclusive right to conduct Petroleum Operations within the Contract Area. Except for the rights expressly provided for herein, this Contract shall not include rights for any activity other than Petroleum Operations. Notwithstanding the above, upon thirty (30) Days prior notice to Contractor, Staatsolie shall have the right to obtain regional gravity, magnetic, geological and 2D seismic data for its own purpose during the term of the Contract, ensuring that this will not unduly interfere or unreasonably interrupt Contractors operations.
