LIMITED ACCESS Appendix C Remote Access Services Addendum ADDENDUM to that certain Master Custodian Agreement dated as of September 1, 2010 (the “Custodian Agreement”) between each investment company listed on Appendix A (as amended from time to time as provided therein), severally and not jointly (the “Customer”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“State Street”). State Street has developed and/or utilizes proprietary or third-party accounting and other systems in conjunction with the services that State Street provides to the Customer. In this regard, State Street maintains certain information in databases under its ownership and/or control that it makes available to its customers (the “Remote Access Services”). The Services State Street agrees to provide the Customer, and its investment advisers, sub-advisers, administrators, consultants or other third parties who agree to abide by the terms of this Addendum (“Authorized Designees”) with access to State Street proprietary and third-party systems as may be offered by State Street from time to time (each, a “System”) on a remote basis. Related to Global Market Bulletin

  • Nasdaq National Market Listing Parent shall authorize for listing on the Nasdaq National Market the shares of Parent Common Stock issuable, and those required to be reserved for issuance, in connection with the Merger, upon official notice of issuance.

  • Nasdaq Until the consummation of a Business Combination, the Company will use its best efforts to maintain the listing of the Public Securities on Nasdaq or a national securities exchange acceptable to the Representative.

  • Financial Market Service Bloomberg Financial Service and any other financial information provider designated by the Depositor by written notice to the Trustee.

  • Nasdaq National Market The Common Stock is listed on the Nasdaq National Market System, and there are no proceedings to revoke or suspend such listing.

  • Stock Exchange Delisting Prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall cooperate with Parent and use its reasonable best efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and do or cause to be done all things, reasonably necessary, proper or advisable on its part under applicable Laws and rules and policies of the New York Stock Exchange to enable the delisting by the Surviving Corporation of the Shares from the New York Stock Exchange as promptly as practicable after the Effective Time and the deregistration of the Shares under the Exchange Act at the Effective Time.

  • AMEX Listing The shares of AMCON Common Stock to be issued in the Merger shall have been approved for listing upon issuance on the AMEX, subject to official notice of issuance;

  • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

  • Quotation The Company will use its best efforts to include, subject to notice of issuance, the Common Shares on the Nasdaq National Market.

  • PRINCIPAL MARKET REGULATION The Company shall not issue any Put Shares, and the Investor shall not have the right to receive any Put Shares, if the issuance of such shares would exceed the Exchange Cap.
