Party Systems definition

Party Systems means systems (or any part thereof) in which the intellectual property rights are owned by a third party and to which Shelter Management Agency has been granted a license to use and which are used in the provision of services under this Agreement; Transaction means any of the following: (i) registration of the User as per the process prescribed by DUSIB; (ii) information provided by the Shelter Management Agency to DUSIB about the homeless people on the road within the Service Area as prescribed by DUSIB; and (iii) such other transaction as may be notified by DUSIB as being required to be performed by the Shelter Management Agency under this Agreement;
Party Systems means systems (or any part thereof) in which the Intellectual Property Rights are not owned by the Purchaser or Implementation Agency and to which Implementation Agency has been granted a license to use and which are used in the provision of Services; Unplanned Application Downtime means the total time for all the instances where services in the software requirement specification document prepared by the Implementation Agency are not available for more than 5 consecutive minutes; Network in Purchaser users refers to all the IT assets installed by the Implementation Agency as part of the Project for networking; Unplanned network outage means the total time for all the instances where services in the software requirement specification document prepared by the Implementation Agency are not available for more than 5 consecutive minutes;
Party Systems means systems (or any part thereof) in which the Intellectual Property Rights are not owned by the Purchaser or Empaneled Agency and to which Empaneled Agency has been granted a license to use and which are used in the provision of Services; Safetyand Security shall imply NHA Information Security and Privacy Policies and guidelines as amended from time to time.

  • Technology Systems means the electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, hardware, third party software, networks, peripherals and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, and Intellectual Property used by either party and its Subsidiaries or by a third party.

  • Company Systems means all Software (including Company Products), computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology, electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems (including any outsourced systems and processes) that are owned, leased, licensed or used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their businesses.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

  • Systems means software, servers, sites, circuits, networks, interfaces, platforms, computers, hardware, databases, cable, networking, call centers, equipment and all other technology or infrastructure assets or services.
