Security Devices and Procedures definition

Security Devices and Procedures means and refer to any user ID, password, code, mobile access code, authorization number, confidential information, encryption key, confirmation or tracking number, method, protocol, or any other information, control, identifier, document, program, mechanism, or procedure used to gain access to, verify, or protect the security and operation of the Web Site, the Online Banking Services, or other sensitive information. "Sub-User" shall mean and refer to any one or more individuals authorized to use the Web Site or Online Banking Services by the Master User.
Security Devices and Procedures means and refer to any user ID, password, code, confidential information, encryption key, method, protocol, or any other information, control, identifier, document, program, mechanism, or procedure used to gain access to or protect the security and operation of the Web Site, the Treasury Management Services, or other sensitive information.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, we agree that you will not be responsible for transactions which occur after you have notified us to block the login information, passwords, or other Security Devices and Procedures that were used to perform the transaction, and we have had a reasonable opportunity to do so.

  • If you have given someone access to the login information, passwords, or other Security Devices and Procedures we provided to you and you want to terminate that person’s authority, you must notify us that transactions by such person are no longer authorized.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the Required Technology with the necessary compatibility and format to interface with our systems, including without limitation, the ability to support the Security Devices and Procedures required by us or established by you.

  • We may have to change your access codes, login information, passwords, or other Security Devices and Procedures or take additional steps to prevent further access by such person.

  • You, or someone you have authorized by giving them access to your login information, password, or other Security Devices and Procedures (even if that person exceeds your authority), can instruct us to perform the following transactions: (a) transfer funds between Connected Accounts; (b) obtain information that we make available about Connected Accounts; and (c) obtain other services or perform other transactions that we allow, as discussed in this Agreement.

  • Our Security Devices and Procedures may also require you to provide certain account information, login information, or PIN numbers to access Mobile Banking Services.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, we will not be responsible for your failure to use any of the foregoing Security Devices and Procedures.

  • You understand that if you fail to use adequate internal Security Devices and Procedures, as required by this Agreement, your use of a mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology may not be secure.

  • We reserve the right to reject any transaction or service request that is not made in accordance with our required Security Devices and Procedures.

  • You acknowledge that anyone with knowledge of the Security Devices and Procedures will be able to use Online Banking Services and act on your behalf.

Related to Security Devices and Procedures

  • Large Facility Interconnection Procedures or “LFIP”) shall mean the interconnection procedures applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility that are included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) shall mean this Agreement, the form of interconnection agreement applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility, that is included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Environmental Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 1, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.

  • Building Contract means a contract entered under Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter A for the construction or maintenance of a Department building or appurtenant facilities and considered to be a Highway Improvement Contract as defined in Texas Administrative Code, § 9.11.

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • railway operational procedures means procedures specified under any access agreement (as defined in the Railways Act 1993) or station lease;

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

  • Restrictive procedures means the use of physical holding or seclusion of children with disabilities in an emergency. Because the special education director reported the district intends to continue the use of physically holding children with disabilities in an emergency, the district is required to maintain and make publicly accessible a restrictive procedures plan (RPP) for children with disabilities. Minnesota Statute requires that the plan must, at least, list the restrictive procedures the school intends to use; describe how the school will monitor and review the use of restrictive procedures; and include a written description and documentation of the training school personnel completed.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Good Engineering Practice means, Works carried out in accordance with the following standards/ specifications,

  • Subprocessors means third parties authorised under these Data Processing Terms to have logical access to and process Customer Personal Data in order to provide parts of the Processor Services and any related technical support.

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;

  • Auction Procedures means the auction procedures constituting Part II of the form of Statement as of the filing thereof.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Environmental Agreement means the Environmental Indemnification and Release Agreement of even date herewith by and between Borrower and Lender pertaining to the Property, as the same may from time to time be extended, amended, restated or otherwise modified.
