Gathering Service. Shipper warrants to deliver to Gatherer a sufficient volume of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas to satisfy the MDQ as further described in APPENDIX “A.” Gathering Services hereunder for Non Low Btu Gas will be provided by Gatherer to Shipper on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, which shall mean that Gatherer shall use its reasonable efforts to provide the Gathering Services intended under this Agreement, but Gatherer shall have the right, at any time, with reasonable notice to Shipper, to interrupt or reduce, in whole or in part, its receipt, Gathering, or delivery of Shipper's Gas for any reason including, but not limited to, insufficient Capacity, operational factors, force majeure and deliveries to any other shipper or Third Party, all without incurring any liability of any kind to Shipper or to others. Gatherer does not represent, and Shipper agrees that Gatherer does not represent, that Gatherer has, or will have, Capacity on its system at any given time to gather Shipper's Gas. Shipper also understands that by virtue of this Agreement and the rate provided for herein, Gatherer shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide back-up or standby Gas supplies or service to Shipper or to Shipper's suppliers, customers, or end users. Shipper shall be responsible for, and shall bear the risk and cost of maintaining any necessary standby gathering or service facilities, or alternate energy sources, for use in the event of interruption of or reduction in the Gathering Services hereunder by Gatherer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including, without limitation, Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance, Gatherer will accept delivery of up to the MDQ of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas at the Receipt Point(s) and redeliver Thermally Equivalent Volumes, less FL&U, to the inlet of the Plant Receipt Point and receive Shipper’s Residue Gas at the Plant Delivery Point and redeliver Thermally Equivalent Volumes of such Shipper’s Residue Gas, less FL&U, to the Delivery Point(s). Gatherer will accept deliveries of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas exceeding the MDQ and up to the DCQ on an interruptible basis subject to the availability of Gathering Facility Capacity, Plant Capacity, curtailment restrictions on the Gathering Facilities and at the Plant, curtailment restrictions of Interconnecting Pipeline(s), Force Majeure, Normal and Routine Maintenance and nomination and Imbalance resolution. Gathering Service. 2.01 Bitter Creek shall provide Firm Service for all Gas (up to the MDQ specified on Appendix "A") delivered by Shipper to the Receipt Point(s) identified in Exhibit A attached hereto for receipt into the System. Gathering services for volumes of Gas in excess of the specified MDQ shall be performed on best efforts basis.
Gathering Service. The Gathering Service shall commence on October 1, 2000 and shall continue thereafter through December 31, 2001 (the “Term”).

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ordering Services 5.1 The Employer may order any of the Training Services by making a request (‘a Request for Services’) to the Training Provider pursuant to this clause 5.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Receipt Points The Points of Receipt are listed in Appendix 2.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
