Firm Service definition

Firm Service means from published tariffs and/or contracts under which Seller is expressly obligated to deliver specific volumes within a given time period and which anticipates no interruptions but which may permit unexpected interruption in case the supply to higher priority customers is threatened.
Firm Service means Transportation provided on a firm basis pursuant to Toll Schedule Firm Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Firm Receipt Service and Toll Schedule Firm Delivery Service and under the terms of Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement.

  • The User must give to Service Provider, at least 3 Days before the beginning of each Month, a completed Nomination for the Firm Service for each day of the Month about to commence.

  • Each request for Firm Service and any associated FRGS under the open season shall specify the parameters required to define the request in accordance with Article 8.2 hereof and shall be unconditional, except that such request may stipulate that Shipper will not contract for Firm Service if its request for FRGS cannot be accommodated by Transporter.

More Definitions of Firm Service

Firm Service means that type of System Service that (a) other than Anchor Customer Firm Service, has the highest priority call on capacity of all of the Terminals System and the Provider Tank Cars, (b) shall only be subject to interruption or curtailment by reason of an event of Force Majeure, necessary maintenance, or as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, and (c) in any event, has a higher priority than Interruptible Service.
