Firm Service definition

Firm Service means from published tariffs and/or contracts under which Seller is expressly obligated to deliver specific volumes within a given time period and which anticipates no interruptions but which may permit unexpected interruption in case the supply to higher priority customers is threatened.

Firm Service means Transportation provided on a firm basis pursuant to Toll Schedule Firm Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Firm Receipt Service and Toll Schedule Firm Delivery Service and under the terms of Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement.

More Definitions of Firm Service

Firm Service means that type of System Service that (a) other than Anchor Customer Firm Service, has the highest priority call on capacity of all of the Terminals System and the Provider Tank Cars, (b) shall only be subject to interruption or curtailment by reason of an event of Force Majeure, necessary maintenance, or as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, and (c) in any event, has a higher priority than Interruptible Service.

Firm Service means service pursuant to schedules or contracts under which the utility is expressly or impliedly obligated to deliver specific quantities of gas within a given time period or which anticipate no interruptions, but which may permit unexpected interruptions in case service to higher priority customers is threatened.
