Receipt Point(s) means Edmonton, Alberta; and Kamloops, British Columbia or elsewhere as the Tariff may designate.

• For purposes of clarity, Asset Manager shall have no liability of any nature to Customer by reason of any failure by a Customer’s gas supplier to deliver Gas at the Receipt Point(s) to Customer or Asset Manager, or Customer’s failure to deliver the Gas to Asset Manager, including but not limited to any and all costs, damages, penalties and/or Imbalance Charges.

• On each Day in which the Prepaid Gas is intended to be transported, Customer shall take commercially reasonable actions to deliver or cause to be delivered (and transfer title to such Prepaid Gas) to Asset Manager at the applicable Receipt Point(s) a quantity of Prepaid Gas in the aggregate equivalent to the timely instructions provided to Asset Manager.

• The primary Receipt Point(s) and Delivery Point(s) for the Transportation Capacity shall be as set forth in Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Receipt Point(s)

Receipt Point(s) means the points on the Gathering System described in Exhibit D-2. Exhibit D-2 will be revised from time to time to reflect any additional Receipt Points that may be established as a result of the Omnibus Agreement or as may be otherwise agreed to by Shipper and Gatherer.

Receipt Point(s) means the inlet flange of Carrier’s receipt meter at Hardisty, Alberta or elsewhere in Canada as the Tariff may designate from time to time.

Receipt Point(s) means the points on the Gathering System described in Exhibit A where gas produced from the Third Party Production Sources is delivered into the Gathering System.

Receipt Point(s) means the inlet meter at one or more of the locations on Carrier’s Facilities as contained in Carrier’s Tariff and designated by Shipper to Carrier from time to time.

Receipt Point(s) means the inlet flange of Company's transporter's facilities at the interconnection point with the facilities of Customer or Customer's designee, described in a Customer Order.

Receipt Point(s) means the inlet flange of Gatherer’s metering facilities located at or near each of Producer’s ▇▇▇▇▇ located within the Contract Area or such other point as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The Gathering System’s Receipt Point(s) are listed on Exhibit B to this Agreement which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes and which may be amended from time to time to reflect the addition or deletion of a Receipt Point.

Receipt Point(s) means the point(s) where Customer shall provide Gas to Owner for injection into Mist, as specified in Section 6 and in the Service Agreement.
