Gathering Services means measuring, compressing, dehydrating, treating for the removal of CO2, gathering and other post production operations, including third party gathering services, necessary to receive Owner's Gas at the Receipt Points and deliver Owner's Equivalent Quantities of Gas to the Delivery Point(s).

Gathering Services means any gathering service, including field gathering, gathering header and compression and treating services utilized by Buyer in gathering Seller's Gas from the Delivery Point to a Pipeline.

Gathering Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1(a).

Examples of Gathering Services in a sentence

If Gatherer is unable for any reason to perform Gathering Services for the entire quantity of Owner's Daily Deliverability of Gas, then such excess quantities of Gas shall be released from commitment hereunder until Gatherer is able to provide Gathering Services for such Gas.
In accordance with the terms and subject to the requirements of this Agreement, Gatherer, or Gatherer's designee, shall perform Gathering Services for Owner's Daily Deliverability of Gas up to the Maximum Daily Quantity and in that regard agrees to purchase, build, own and operate facilities necessary to perform the Gathering Services in accordance with the Facilities Development Plan attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Gas volumes shall be measured and Gas quality determined in accordance with the measurement provisions of the Gathering Services Agreement.
Upon termination of this Agreement, the Gathering Services Agreement shall remain in effect and be controlling.
To the extent not limited or waived herein, with particularity this Section 7.3, each Party reserves to itself all rights, set-offs, counterclaims and other remedies and defenses to which such Party may be entitled arising from this Agreement, the Gathering Services Agreement, or any other agreements between the Parties.

More Definitions of Gathering Services

Gathering Services means, collectively, the Gas Services and the Condensate Services.

Gathering Services is defined in the Sponsor Gathering Agreements.

Gathering Services which means: (i) the receipt of Shipper Gas Tendered by or on behalf of Shipper at the Receipt Points (other than the Injection Points); (ii) the gathering of such Shipper Gas; (iii) the receipt of Shipper Injected Liquids Tendered by or on behalf of Shipper at the Injection Points; (iv) the redelivery of Gas and, subject to Section 3.3, Drip Liquids at the relevant Delivery Points (as nominated by Shipper) for Shipper’s account, with an equivalent Thermal Content to such Shipper Gas, less System Fuel and Losses allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement; (v) the redelivery of Injected Liquids at the relevant Delivery Points (as nominated by Shipper) for Shipper’s account, with an equivalent Thermal Content to such Shipper Injected Liquids, less System Fuel and Losses allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement; and (vi) the metering of such Shipper Gas and Shipper Injected Liquids at the Receipt Points (including the Injection Points, as applicable) and Delivery Points;

Gathering Services means the receipt of Shipper’s Gas at the Receipt Point(s), the gathering, dehydration and compression of Shipper’s Gas in the Gathering System and the redelivery, to or for Shipper’s account, of (i) thermally equivalent volumes of Shipper’s Gas, less FL&U and Shrinkage, at the Delivery Point(s) and (ii) Drip Liquids at the Drip Liquids Delivery Point(s).

Gathering Services which means: (i) the receipt of Shipper Crude Oil Tendered by or on behalf of Shipper at the Receipt Points (other than the Injection Points); (ii) the gathering of such Shipper Crude Oil; (iii) the redelivery of such Crude Oil at the relevant Delivery Points (as Nominated by Shipper) for Shipper’s account, less Product Losses allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement; and (iv) the metering of such Shipper Crude Oil at the Receipt Points (other than the Injection Points) and applicable Delivery Points;

Gathering Services means the movement of Gas through Gatherer's Facilities from the Receipt Point(s) to the Delivery Point(s).

Gathering Services means Gatherer’s acceptance of Gathered Substances delivered by Shipper at the Receipt Points, Gatherer’s gathering, separating, and transporting the Gathered Substances through the Liquids Gathering System, and Gatherer’s redelivery of Condensate, Gas and Produced Water to Shipper at the Delivery Points.
