FUNDRAISING COORDINATION. Persons who have been authorized to act on behalf of the Foundation to contact donors with the intent of cultivation and solicitation shall notify the IEEE Development Office in writing of any fundraising activities at least 60 days in advance of such activities. Requests for nominal support (e.g., less than $500 for refreshments at meetings sponsored by IEEE entities) need not be reported to the IEEE Development Office if the person has already been authorized to act on behalf of the Foundation. The notification shall explain the scope of fundraising activity being requested including (1) calendar for solicitation efforts to be undertaken, (2) the names of the prospective donors to be approached, (3) appeal instruments such as solicitation letters email communications, grant proposals, etc. to be used and (4) promotional materials such as brochures, pull-up screens and displays to be used. The IEEE Development Office shall review all notifications and may (1) modify the timing of solicitations, (2) remove prospective donors to be approached, and (3) edit content (text, images, formatting) of appeal instruments and/or promotional materials.

FUNDRAISING COORDINATION. Because the Foundation has major responsibility for fundraising, NMSU must cause its Leaders, volunteers, boards, and committees to coordinate with Foundation fundraising initiatives including major Gift solicitations.
FUNDRAISING COORDINATION. It is specifically contemplated and agreed to as part of this Agreement that the Parties (and especially BHS and HFI) will work in good faith to align BHS Fundraising Activities and BHS Programming Activities including, without limitation, messaging to BHS members and donors related to BHS Fundraising Activities and BHS Programming Activities and planning and execution of programs to ensure synergy and timing between BHS Fundraising Activities and BHS Programming Activities. BHS will at all times make its membership list (broken down by membership category), together with all associated data, available to HFI; however, BHS will retain ownership of all such data and its membership list and HFI will return all such data and BHS’s membership list to BHS and cease to use all such data should this Agreement be terminated. (Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, however, upon termination HFI will not be prevented from raising money from any persons whether members of BHS or otherwise who have ever made a donation to HFI prior to the Implementation Date or who are, or have been, known to HFI from information other than the information provided to HFI by BHS pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.) BHS will also promote and publicly support all BHS Fundraising Activities by HFI on behalf of BHS through all current and future marketing and communication means available. This includes, but is not limited to, positive promotion and utilization of BHS’s media relations resources, stage presence, stage promotion of ongoing campaigns, etc. in order for HFI to maximize its fundraising capabilities.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • Care Coordination MCOs must ensure care coordination is provided to Members with a substance use disorder. MCOs must work with providers, facilities, and Members to coordinate care for Members with a substance use disorder and to ensure Members have access to the full continuum of Covered Services (including without limitation assessment, detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient services, and medication therapy) as Medically Necessary and appropriate. MCOs must also coordinate services with the DSHS, DFPS, and their designees for Members requiring Non-Capitated Services. Non-Capitated Services includes, without limitation, services that are not available for coverage under the Contract, State Plan or Waiver that are available under the Federal Substance Abuse and Prevention and Treatment block grant when provided by a DSHS-funded provider or covered by the DFPS under direct contract with a treatment provider. MCOs must work with DSHS, DFPS, and providers to ensure payment for Covered Services is available to Out-of-Network Providers who also provide related Non-capitated Services when the Covered Services are not available through Network Providers.

  • Fundraising 16 4. Purchase of gifts, meals, entertainment, awards, or other personal expenses for 17 CONTRACTOR’s staff, volunteers, or members of the Board of Directors or governing body.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Block Trades; Other Coordinated Offerings 2.4.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article II, but subject to Section 3.4, at any time and from time to time when an effective Shelf is on file with the Commission, if a Demanding Holder wishes to engage in (a) an underwritten registered offering not involving a “roadshow,” an offer commonly known as a “block trade” (a “Block Trade”) or (b) an “at the market” or similar registered offering through a broker, sales agent or distribution agent, whether as agent or principal, (an “Other Coordinated Offering”), in each case, with an anticipated aggregate offering price of, either (x) at least $50 million or (y) all remaining Registrable Securities held by the Demanding Holder, then such Demanding Holder only needs to notify the Company of the Block Trade or Other Coordinated Offering at least five (5) business days prior to the day such offering is to commence and the Company shall as expeditiously as possible use its commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate such Block Trade or Other Coordinated Offering; provided that the Demanding Holders representing a majority of the Registrable Securities wishing to engage in the Block Trade or Other Coordinated Offering shall use commercially reasonable efforts to work with the Company and any Underwriters, brokers, sales agents or placement agents prior to making such request in order to facilitate preparation of the registration statement, prospectus and other offering documentation related to the Block Trade or Other Coordinated Offering.

  • Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.
