Full-time Academic Employees. The following provisions shall apply to the selection of new full-time academic employees or to the reassignment of any present full-time academic employee. Although not required, these provisions may also be applied to the selection of a temporary or specially funded academic employee hired for less than one academic year period.
Full-time Academic Employees. 21.1.1. Each full-time academic employee shall be granted three hundred dollars ($300) per year for documented professional development expenses upon delivery of verified receipt for same. Human Resource Services will compile an annual report of the expenditures and distribute it to the Association.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

  • All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.
