The ACB would normally equal the fair market value of the Shares at time of vesting, but if the Executive owns other Shares, this ACB may have to be averaged with the ACB of the other Shares. The form must be filed by April 30 of the following year. The Executive should consult with his or her personal tax advisor to determine the Executive’s reporting requirements. The following provisions will apply if the Executive is a resident of Quebec: Data Privacy Notice and Consent This provision supplements Section 6.13 of the Agreement: The Executive hereby authorizes the Company, its Subsidiaries and the Employer to discuss with and obtain all relevant information pertaining to the Executive from all personnel involved in the administration and operation of the Plan. The Executive further authorizes the Company, its Subsidiaries and the Employer to disclose and discuss the Executive's participation in the Plan with their advisors. The Executive further authorizes the Company, its Subsidiaries and the Employer to record any information pertaining to the Executive’s participation in the Plan and to keep such information in his or her employee file.
