Account Reporting Information. Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and shares of Common Stock) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.
Account Reporting Information. Korean residents must declare all foreign financial accounts (e.g., non-Korean bank accounts, brokerage accounts, etc.) to the Korean tax authority and file a report with respect to such accounts if the value of such accounts exceeds KRW 1 billion (or an equivalent amount in foreign currency). Participant should consult with his or her personal tax advisor to determine how to value Participant's foreign accounts for purposes of this reporting requirement and whether Participant is required to file a report with respect to such accounts.
Account Reporting Information. The Participant is required to declare any foreign bank accounts for which the Participant has signing authority in the Participant’s annual tax return. It is the Participant’s responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws in India. The Participant should consult with the Participant’s personal tax advisor to ensure that the Participant is properly reporting the Participant’s foreign assets and bank accounts.
Account Reporting Information. An annual informative return must be filed with the Colombian Tax Office detailing any assets held abroad (including the Shares acquired under the Plan). If the individual value of any of these assets exceeds a certain threshold, each asset must be described (e.g., its nature and its value) and the jurisdiction in which it is located must be disclosed. The Optionee acknowledges that he or she personally is responsible for complying with this tax reporting requirement.
Account Reporting Information. French residents are required to report all foreign accounts (whether open, current or closed) to the French tax authorities when filing their annual tax returns. Further, French residents with foreign account balances exceeding prescribed amounts may have additional monthly reporting requirements. The Participant should consult his or her personal advisor to ensure compliance with applicable reporting obligations. Failure to complete this reporting triggers penalties for the resident.
Account Reporting Information. Russian residents are required to notify Russian tax authorities within one (1) month of opening, closing or changing the details of a foreign account. Russian residents also are required to report (i) the beginning and ending balances in such a foreign bank account each year and (ii) transactions related to such a foreign account during the year to the Russian tax authorities, on or before June 1 of the following year. The tax authorities can require you to provide appropriate supporting documents related to transactions in a foreign bank account.
Account Reporting Information. PRC residents are required to report to SAFE details of their foreign financial assets and liabilities, as well as details of any economic transactions conducted with non-PRC residents, either directly or through financial institutions. Under these rules, you may be subject to reporting obligations for the Common Stock or equity awards, including RSUs, acquired under the Plan and Plan-related transactions. It is your responsibility to comply with this reporting obligation and you should consult your personal advisor in this regard.
Account Reporting Information. The Participant will be required to report details of any assets held outside Japan as of December 31st to the extent such assets have a total net fair market value exceeding ¥50,000,000. This report is due by March 15 each year. The Participant should consult with the Participant’s personal advisor(s) regarding any personal foreign asset/foreign account tax obligations the Participant may have in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Plan.
Account Reporting Information. The International Participant is required to declare the International Participant's foreign bank accounts and any foreign financial assets (including shares of Common Stock held outside India) in the International Participant’s annual tax return. It is the International Participant’s responsibility to comply with this reporting obligation and the International Participant should consult the International Participant's personal advisor in this regard as significant penalties may apply in the case of non-compliance with foreign asset/account reporting requirements and because such requirements may change.
Account Reporting Information. If you establish an account holding shares of Common Stock or an account holding cash outside Denmark, you must report the account to the Danish Tax Administration. The form may be obtained from a local bank. Please note that these obligations are separate from and in addition to the obligations described below.
