Filing Deadline definition
Filing Deadline means (i) with respect to the initial Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 2(a), the 30th calendar day after the Closing Date and (ii) with respect to any additional Registration Statements that may be required to be filed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the date on which the Company was required to file such additional Registration Statement pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Filing Deadline. As defined in Sections 3(a) and 4(a) hereof.

The Company shall use best efforts to cause the SEC to declare the Initial Registration Statement effective as soon as possible thereafter but in any event within 120 days after the Filing Deadline, and to remain effective and the prospectus contained therein current until the Investor ceases to hold Registrable Securities.

Filing Deadline means the Initial Filing Deadline and the Additional Filing Deadline, as applicable.
