Final IS/MND. After the public distribution of the Draft Environmental Document, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will prepare a Final Environmental Document to document the selection of the preferred alternative and address public comments on the Draft IS/MND. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will prepare thorough, reasoned, and appropriate responses to environmental comments received on the proposed project that are received during the IS/MND public review period. Upon completion of these Responses to Comments documents, they will be transmitted to the CITY and Caltrans for review. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will consolidate comments received from the CITY and Caltrans and respond to comments utilizing a Responses to Comments Matrix. Following review of these Draft Responses to Comments documents, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will finalize the Final IS/MND and submit to the CITY and Caltrans. The Final IS/MND is assumed to contain the Draft IS/MND, Responses to Comments, and any additional revisions required by Caltrans. This task also includes assistance in preparing the Notice of Determination (NOD) and Environmental Commitments Record (ECR) for the project. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will prepare the NOD for signature, and post the document at the State Clearinghouse as required under the CEQA Guidelines. This task assumes the payment of any CEQA filing fees would be provided by the CITY.

Final IS/MND. Consultant shall direct, oversee and assure that LSA shall prepare written responses to comments received on the Draft IS/MND that raise substantive environmental issues and submit the responses to Consultant for City review. Consultant shall direct, oversee and assure that LSA shall confer with the City via Consultant to review written comments and comments from any public meetings to develop a general framework and strategies for preparation of responses. Any revisions to the IS/MND shall be shown with tracked changes. Responses to comments and associated changes to the IS/MND shall be submitted to the City. Consultant shall direct, oversee and assure that LSA shall prepare a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15097 for use in ensuring implementation of the mitigation measures for the project. The Draft MMRP shall be submitted to the City for review and comment, and the Final MMRP shall be provided to the City along with the IS/MND for approval. Deliverables: • One (1) electronic copy in MS Word and one (1) PDF of the Draft Responses to Comments and associated changes to the IS/MND. • One (1) electronic copy in MS Xxxx and one (1) PDF of the Final Responses to Comments and associated changes to the IS/MND. • One (1) electronic copy in MS Word and one (1) PDF of the Draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. • One (1) electronic copy in MS Word and one (1) PDF of the Final Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
Final IS/MND. Upon closing of the public review period, responses to public and agency comments received regarding the Public Review Draft IS/MND will be prepared. As it is not possible to predict the number and/or extent of public comments that could be received on the IS/MND, this scope/budget assumes a modest number of comments and includes up to twelve hours of environmental staff time for preparation of responses to written comments. In the event that a large number of comments are received, or if additional technical work is required, additional time and budget may be required. Formulate responses to the comments on the Public Review Draft IS/MND received during the public review period. Once draft responses to comments have been completed, they will be submitted to the City for review and approval. As required, the Draft IS/MND will be revised to incorporate relevant comments/data received during the public review period. Revisions to the Draft IS/MND will be identified in tracked changes to facilitate subsequent review. This scope includes one round of review from City staff. If mitigation measures are identified, Xxxxxxx will also prepare a MMRP in accordance with State CEQA Guidelines Section 15097 for use in ensuring implementation of the mitigation measures for the project. The mitigation measures will be included in a matrix checklist format for ease in tracking and will be included as an appendix to the Final IS/MND. Submit a Screencheck Final IS/MND, consisting of the Draft IS/MND as revised, the responses to comments, and the draft MMRP to the City for review. Xxxxxxx will also prepare the required Notice of Determination (NOD). Following approval of the project, the City will be responsible for filing the NOD with the County Clerk and State Clearinghouse, and for payment of the Environmental Filing Fee to the CDFW as well as any County filing fees at the time the NOD is filed.

  • Interest on Overdue Amounts 22.1 Any Licence Fee which is payable and remains unpaid for a period in excess of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice, will attract interest at the current legal rate, calculated in accordance with the interest rate prescribed by the Minister of Justice in accordance with the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act 55 of 1975, as amended.

  • Interest on Overdue Payments (a) If, for any reason, a Party does not pay an amount payable under or in connection with this Agreement on or before the due date for payment, it must pay interest to the other Party (who is entitled to receive the payment).

  • Default Interest Rate From and after the occurrence of any Event of Default, and so long as any such Event of Default remains unremedied or uncured thereafter, the Obligations outstanding under the Agreement shall bear interest at a per annum rate of five percent (5%) above the otherwise applicable interest rate hereunder, which interest shall be payable upon demand. In addition to the foregoing, a late payment charge equal to five percent (5%) of each late payment hereunder may be charged on any payment not received by Bank within ten (10) calendar days after the payment due date therefor, but acceptance of payment of any such charge shall not constitute a waiver of any Event of Default under the Agreement. In no event shall the interest payable under this Addendum and the Agreement at any time exceed the maximum rate permitted by law.

  • Due Dates If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday or on a holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the payment due date shall be the last non-holiday day preceding such Saturday or holiday. If payment is not received by the payment due date, a late payment charge, as set forth in Section 1.4.1.2, below, shall apply.

  • Rate Demarcation Point The physical point in a Verizon provided network facility at which Verizon's responsibility for maintaining that network facility ends and the Customer's responsibility for maintaining the remainder of the facility begins, as set forth in this Agreement, Verizon's applicable Tariffs, if any, or as otherwise prescribed under Applicable Law.

  • Overdue Charges If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).
