Filing Fees definition

Filing Fees means all fees, payments and expenses necessary to keep the mineral claims in good standing with federal, state and local government entities;
Filing Fees means statutory filing and other Court fees associated with the filing of Court Documents with the Court.
Filing Fees means, collectively, the Member Filing Fees and Non-Member Filing Fees.
