Feedback Mechanism. The Partner should establish a feedback mechanism to gather students’ experiences and suggestions regarding the OpenEDG resources. This feedback will be valuable for both the Partner and OpenEDG in understanding the effectiveness of the resources and identifying areas for improvement.

Feedback Mechanism. Parents/guardians will receive updates regarding progress within the transition program (including any employment roadblocks that are disability related) via the IEP process, as well as attend the established bi-annual parent night. Ongoing collaboration and dialogue will occur between DELEG/MCB, their collaborating agencies and MISD TC/VI staff to monitor and assess this partnership transition program. A transition skills portfolio (written, audio, visual, video or any combination) will be developed annually for each student by the skills provider to document skill acquisition. This portfolio will be shared with and housed by the local district to be part of the student’s permanent school record. An annual Program Review Report will be issued by DELEG/MCB that will identify the goals of the participants and progress made toward achieving the goals.

  • Consultative Mechanism The parties agree that a precondition for the effective operation of the Agreement is the establishment of consultative mechanisms with the Company. To this end, a Consultative Committee, comprising of Company appointed representatives and employee elected representatives should be established and maintained. Officers of the Union shall have a standing invitation to attend any such meeting. The purpose of the Consultative Committee shall be to consult, develop, recommend and assist to implement strategies and measures designed to achieve the objectives outlined under Clause 4 of this Agreement.

  • Validation Mechanism To be eligible for articulation, the student must show evidence of their CompTIA A+ certification and it must have been issued within three (3) years prior to their enrollment in the program.

  • Purchase Mechanism If the Focus Investor exercises its rights provided in this Section 4.5, the closing of the purchase of the New Securities with respect to which such right has been exercised shall take place within 30 calendar days after the giving of notice of such exercise, which period of time shall be extended for a maximum of 180 days in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations (including receipt of any applicable regulatory or corporate approvals).   • CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS An enterprise consultative committee may be established to assist in the implementation of this Agreement. The Consultative Committee cannot discuss or pass resolutions that negate or amend the terms or intent of this Agreement or the VBIA or the Award. The committee would consist of equal numbers of management and employee representatives. The employee representatives will be elected by the shop floor employees of the enterprise. Elected representatives will be given adequate time for meetings and to consult with employees before and after meetings. The quorum for a meeting shall be four, at least half of whom must be employee representatives. The Secretary of the CEPU (Plumbing Division) or nominee shall have a standing invitation to participate in meetings. Any issue that cannot be resolved shall be dealt with in accordance with the Dispute Settlement Procedure set out in this Agreement.

  • Adjustment Mechanism If an adjustment of the Exercise Price is required pursuant to this Section 6 (other than pursuant to Section 6.4), the Holder shall be entitled to purchase such number of shares of Common Stock as will cause (i) (x) the total number of shares of Common Stock Holder is entitled to purchase pursuant to this Warrant following such adjustment, multiplied by (y) the adjusted Exercise Price per share, to equal the result of (ii) (x) the dollar amount of the total number of shares of Common Stock Holder is entitled to purchase before adjustment, multiplied by (y) the total Exercise Price before adjustment.
