Client agrees to comply with all applicable export and import laws or regulations, including any local laws in Client’s jurisdiction concerning Client’s right to import, export or use Controlled Materials, and Client agrees that OpenNMS is not responsible for Client’s compliance. Without limiting the foregoing, Client will not export, disclose, re-export, transfer or make available (by download or otherwise) the Controlled Materials, directly or indirectly, to: (a) any U.S. embargoed destination;

Client will not take any action, or fail to take any action, that would result in Telestax violating any such law, rule, ordinance or regulation.
