Controlled Materials definition

Controlled Materials mean software or technical information that is subject to the United States Export Administration Regulation.

More Definitions of Controlled Materials

Controlled Materials as used in this subpart, means the various shapes and forms of steel, copper, aluminum, and nickel alloys specified in Schedule II, and defined in Schedule III, of the DPAS.
Controlled Materials means any materials, substances, documentation, technology or technical data, or any products that include or use any of the foregoing, the export, re-export or release of which to certain jurisdictions or countries is prohibited by, or requires, an export license or other governmental approval under any applicable law.
