Expansion of Project. The parties may agree to vary this Agreement to include renovations to any additional assets, as approved by the Ministry, by varying the Agreement using the template attached as Schedule 6.
Expansion of Project. First Party expects that the quantity of MSW that is generated within the First Party Supply Area would increase by seven percent (7%) every year from the Date of Commissioning. The Parties agree that Corporation shall undertake reasonable efforts to enable the processing of the increased volume of garbage at the Plant. Corporation expects that the extra MSW expected to be supplied by First Party each year can be processed by the RDF Plant and the extra quantities of RDF that are so produced by it can be either stored or sold by Corporation in the form of pellets. Corporation expects that the RDF Plant can be used to process most of the extra MSW by increasing the number of operating hours of the RDF Plant. The Parties however, agree that the Power Plant can be designed to the optimum level only for the existing committed quantity of MSW. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary Corporation would ensure that the increased quantity of MSW during the Term of this Agreement would be accommodated by the Plant either by increase in working hours or by putting in place additional capacities at the sole cost and expense of Corporation. First Party shall not incur any liability in this respect.
Expansion of Project. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Project may, from time to time and with Landlord's approval, be modified, including expansion to include additional land, buildings and improvements. Upon any such expansion, Base Rent payable hereunder and other affected obligations shall be equitably adjusted. The term "Project," as used in this Lease, refers to the Project and any such modification thereof.
Expansion of Project. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord may from time to time include within the Project additional land by annexing the same into the CC&Rs, whereupon such annexed land will constitute a portion of the Project.

Expansion of Project. If Landlord owns, as of the date of execution of this Lease or in the future, any land which is adjacent to the Premises and is so designated on the Site Plan attached to this Lease as Exhibit "A" ("ADJACENT LAND") and Landlord elects to develop such Adjacent Land, Landlord shall only develop buildings that are of substantially the same design as the Buildings leased to Tenant under this Lease including, without limitation, substantially the same amount of parking and substantially the same landscaping and building height, so that such Adjacent Land together with the Premises looks and feels like an integrated campus. In no event shall any building constructed on such Adjacent Land be greater than three (3) floors unless Tenant otherwise consents, which consent may be withheld by Tenant in its sole and absolute discretion. Landlord agrees that prior to commencement of construction on, or SALE of, any lots in the Project (other than Tenant's Site), covenants, conditions and restrictions shall be recorded against such lot(s), or an individual covenant shall be recorded against such lot(s), in each case specifying that any roof-top equipment on buildings erected on such lot(s) shall be architecturally screened in such a manner as to provide an aesthetically pleasing view over such buildings.
Expansion of Project. In the event that the Project is expanded or any additional improvements of any kind or nature are added to the Project, whether as a part of the initial construction thereof or at a subsequent time (each an “Expansion”), which requires City review or permitting, any credits of Fees shall be applicable to such Expansion, so long as such Expansion occurs within three (3) years of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Expansion of Project. Land Owner warrants that this Agreement is applicable only to the Project included in the City Approvals and acknowledges that nothing in this Agreement would allow or should be construed to apply to any expansion of the Project, or any accessory or ancillary uses associated with or used by the Project, to any land that abuts the Property or is separated from the Property by Xxxxx Drive.
