Environmental Questionnaire definition

Environmental Questionnaire a questionnaire and all attachments thereto concerning: (i) activities and conditions affecting the Environment at any property of a Person or (ii) the enforcement or possible enforcement of any Environmental Law against a Person.
Environmental Questionnaire means a questionnaire and all attachments thereto concerning (i) activities and conditions affecting the Environment at any property of Debtor or any Consolidated Subsidiary or (ii) the enforcement or possible enforcement of any Environmental Law against Debtor or any Consolidated Subsidiary.
Environmental Questionnaire means a questionnaire administered by a Department-accredited lead paint risk assessor during an environmental investigation to identify one or more lead exposure risk factors that may have contributed to a child’s or pregnant woman’s EBL.

  • The completed Environmental Questionnaire shall be deemed incorporated into this Lease for all purposes, and Landlord shall be entitled to rely fully on the information contained therein.

  • If any information provided to Landlord by Tenant on the Environmental Questionnaire, or otherwise relating to information concerning Hazardous Materials is false, incomplete, or misleading in any material respect, the same shall be deemed a default by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Upon Landlord’s request, or in the event of any material change in Tenant’s use of Hazardous Materials in the Premises, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord an updated Environmental Questionnaire at least once a year.


More Definitions of Environmental Questionnaire

Environmental Questionnaire means the questionnaire used by a Lender to determine the likelihood that Contamination may be present at Property offered to secure an SBA-guaranteed loan. Environmental Questionnaires must be completed or reviewed by a Lender that has made at least one site visit to the Property and a good faith effort to conduct an interview with the current owner or operator of the Property. An Environmental Professional may, but is not required to, assist with the responses to the questionnaire. An Environmental Questionnaire may be considered if it was completed up to 1 year prior to submission. The current owner or operator of the Property must sign the Environmental Questionnaire. If the current owner or operator of the Property will not sign the Environmental Questionnaire it cannot be used and lender must then, at a minimum, obtain a Transaction Screen.
