Equipment Deposit. An Equipment Deposit of $50 is required to rent equipment from the District. Equipment Deposit. 9.1. You agree to pay the Deposit to be held by us as security against your default of any loss of or damage caused to the Equipment (in whole or in part).
Equipment Deposit. Competitive jerseys will be distributed in a GGHA garment bag which must be used to store and transport the Jerseys. Each competitive player is required to provide a postdated cheque in the amount of $200 to their team treasurer to cover the cost of replacing lost or damaged jerseys and/or garment bag. This payment must be received before the jersey kit is distributed to the player. Cheques are to be collected by teams and held by the Association Treasurer. The competitive kit is to be returned by the team to the equipment manager not later than April 15th of each year: For items that are damaged or lost, the deposit cheque will be cashed and used to replace the damaged/missing items. Any amount remaining will be refunded by the SGHA to the player. Team Fees The Association has set maximum competitive fees as follows: o Competitive fees = up to a maximum of $600.00 per player (collected by the team but payable to the Association) o Team fees not greater than $800 per player unless agreed to by the majority of families If a team requires additional team fees greater than the amounts above, the Coach or Team Manager must request approval from the Convenor. The team budget must be approved by the majority of families. Team fees shall be made in installments with no installment being more than $500. Installments should be made in October, November, and January. The third installment may not be required if fundraising and sponsorships have covered the team’s financial commitments as outlined in the approved team budget. Tournaments SGHA Competitive teams are permitted to enter a total of five tournaments. A maximum of three out-of-district tournaments are pre-approved by the Executive Board. If a coach wishes to enter more than five tournaments or attend more than three out-of-town events, they must receive approval from the SGHA Executive Committee. Before considering extra tournaments, approval must be sought by the team and voted on with a 75% approval rate.   • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract if, in its discretion, the environmental conditions in which any unit of Equipment is placed are not suitable for satisfactory performance, or if the new location is out of Contractor's ordinary operating area.

  • Equipment List 1. All items of equipment to be purchased with funds under this Contract must be itemized in Grantee’s equipment list as finally approved by the System Agency in the executed Contract. The equipment list must include:

  • Equipment Rental Copies of rental agreements for the equipment used, including the rental rate; and the number of hours the equipment was used on the project.

  • Equipment Rental Charges i. The Judicial Council may use either the Contractor’s audio-visual provider or provide for its own audio-visual source to service the Program. Should the Judicial Council use the Contractor’s audio-visual provider, the charges for services and/or equipment provided under this exhibit shall not exceed the amounts set forth in the Contractor’s Audio- Visual and Other Equipment Price List, as attached to this Agreement in Exhibit H. The Contractor shall not charge nor will the Judicial Council pay for audio-visual services and/or equipment that are provided by the Judicial Council.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.
