Setup Charge definition

Setup Charge means Fees payable by the Customer for the setup of the Services as provided in the Order Form;
Setup Charge means the setup charge detailed in the Agreement or as otherwise agreed in writing between us. “Free Support” means telephone or online support provided by KBS to such of your Users as have completed the appropriate Training programme for their level of use and which relates solely to the use of our software and not your PC, Network or any other software or hardware installed on either your PCs or Network it. For the avoidance of doubt this will not include training or other services which are specified as being chargeable, site visits or support relating to equipment, software or services which do not form part of Instant Office or restoring files that have been deleted from Instant Office by one of your Users. Setting up additional PCs after the initial setup are charged at £60 per PC.

Related to Setup Charge

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.
