Setup Charge means Fees payable by the Customer for the setup of the Services as provided in the Order Form;

Setup Charge means the setup charge detailed in the Agreement or as otherwise agreed in writing between us. “Free Support” means telephone or online support provided by KBS to such of your Users as have completed the appropriate Training programme for their level of use and which relates solely to the use of our software. It does not include your PC, Network or any other software or hardware installed or running on either your PCs or Network it. For the avoidance of doubt this will not include training or other services which are specified as being chargeable, site visits or support relating to equipment, software or services which do not form part of Instant Office or restoring files that have been deleted from Instant Office by one of your Users. Setting up additional PCs after the initial setup are charged at £60 per PC.

Related to Setup Charge

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Engineer-in-charge means the officer nominated by the company in the Civil Engineering cadreI discipline who is competent to direct supervisors and authorised to be in charge of the works for the purpose of this contract. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge who is of an appropriate seniority, will be responsible for supervising and administering the contract, certifying payments due to the contractor, valuing variations to the contract, awarding extension of time and valuing compensation events. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge may further appoint his representatives i.e. another personIProject Manager or any other competent person and notify to the contractor who is directly responsible for supervising the work being executed at the site, on his behalf under their Delegation of Powers of the company. However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.
