Engagement; Scope of Services. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the City hereby engages the Consultant to perform the Services for the Project on behalf of the City consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Engagement; Scope of Services. Company hereby engages Consultant to perform the duties set forth in this Agreement. The engagement by Company of Consultant under this Agreement is non-exclusive and shall not limit Company's right to engage other persons (including but not limited to consultants and analysts) to conduct activities on behalf of Company. During the term of this Agreement Consultant may not perform comparable services for any person or entity involved in similar businesses in which Company (or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) is engaged.

Vendor shall provide to the College the Services described on Exhibit A to this Agreement, including, without limtation, the creation, development and delivery of the photographic, video production services, graphic, pictorial and other means of creative expression(s) of, about and/or relating to College, and/or any of its programs, events, faculty, staff, students and/or guests (collectively, the “Work Product”). The College shall establish the goals to be achieved by the Services but not the details nor means by which such goals are accomplished.

City hereby hires Provider to provide, and Provider hereby agrees that it shall perform, all the services and functions as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (collectively, the "Services" or the “Project”), subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Engagement; Scope of Services. TCS hereby engages Consultant to perform consulting services relating to business development and strategies identified from time to time by TCS. These services will be with various telecommunications firms. Consultant will provide TCS with introductions to key senior executives in the telecommunication industry to facilitate TCS's business goals and objectives. This Agreement shall not limit Consultant's ability to perform consulting services on behalf of any other entities, provided that Consultant shall not provide any services to any entity or entities whose interests are in conflict with TCS's interests without prior consent.
Engagement; Scope of Services. Contractor shall provide, and Brown hereby accepts, the Services pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.

The term of the contract shall be three (3) years with two optional one year terms at the sole discretion of the City.
