Engagement of Independent Contractor. District agrees to engage Independent Contractor on a non-exclusive basis to perform the following services of Independent Contractor: (4) [list services] and other duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools. Independent Contractor agrees to perform, on a non-exclusive basis, the services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Engagement of Independent Contractor a. Except as herein otherwise provided, Contractor agrees to furnish, at its own expense, all sufficient, necessary, and incidental services, manpower, equipment, parts, security services, machinery, tools, power, fuel, explosives, water, materials, supplies, and all other items necessary and convenient to perform the mining services herein contemplated or as otherwise agreed by Owner and Contractor; provided, however, that Contractor may use Owner’s equipment listed on Exhibit D.
Engagement of Independent Contractor. (a) The company hereby engages Independent Contractor as Registered Representative of the Company for a period of time commencing as of the Effective Date and ending at such time as Independent Contractor's engagement hereunder is terminated pursuant to the terms hereof. (b) Independent Contractor shall serve under this Agreement as an independent contractor, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to create the relationship of employee and employer between Independent Contractor and the Company. Nothing contained in this agreement is to be construed to make Independent Contractor Exhibit 10.3 - Pg. 1 the agent or legal representative of the Company for any purpose, and the Independent Contractor does not have the right, power, or authority whatsoever to assume, create or incur any obligation or responsibility for or on behalf of the Company, or to bind the Company in any manner whatsoever, except as herein expressly provided. Independent Contractor covenants that it shall not represent, at any time, either orally or in writing, to anyone that it has any right, power or authority not expressly granted to it by this Agreement.
Engagement of Independent Contractor. The CITY hereby agrees to engage INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR to perform the services as hereinafter set forth, and INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR agrees to perform those services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Engagement of Independent Contractor. It is the express intention of the parties that the Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of the AAA. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed as creating or establishing the relationship of employer and employee between the AAA or the Contractor or any employee or agent of the Contractor. Both parties acknowledge that the Contractor is independent for Federal, State, and local tax purposes. The Contractor shall retain the right to perform services for others during the term of this Agreement. The Contractor represents that all services required hereunder will be performed by the Contractor or under its supervision and by personnel who are fully qualified and authorized under State and local law to perform such services.
Engagement of Independent Contractor. District agrees to engage Independent Contractor on a non-exclusive basis to perform behavioral therapy services (hereinafter referred to as Services or services). Independent Contractor agrees to perform the services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement on a non-exclusive basis as needed by the District.

Engagement of Independent Contractor. MLS hereby engages Independent Contractor to take or otherwise create and deliver to MLS Images in accordance with the terms set forth on the attached Schedule A, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
