Employee Transferred Out of the Bargaining Unit. An employee who accepts a position outside the Bargaining Unit in the Plant will maintain, but not accumulate, seniority for a period of six (6)months following transfer outside the Bargaining Unit, and will forfeit seniority at the end of this period. Should an employee accept a transfer from the Bargaining Unit to Management in the Plant, it will be for a period of at least sixty (60)working days. During this period, the employee will be considered on Management Staff and not in the Bargaining Unit and will not accumulate seniority. Any employee returned to the Bargaining Unit shall displace the junior employee in former classification or plant wherever seniority is applicable.

Employee Transferred Out of the Bargaining Unit. An employee with a minimum of six months seniority who is transferred after January 1, 2007, may be returned to the bargaining unit only on the basis that, if the employee is returned within 12 months from the date of their transfer, their seniority will be the seniority they had on the day prior to the date of transfer.
