Effect of Change Order. A Change Order takes precedence over any inconsistent terms of the Contract Documents preexistent to the Change Order.
Effect of Change Order. Both Parties must sign and date the change order to authorize the change in Deliverables described therein and incorporate the changes into the applicable Purchasing Instrument and this Agreement. No Deliverables shall be provided pursuant to the change order and no payment shall be made on account of the change order until the change order is fully executed by both Parties. Upon such execution, a change order shall alter only that portion of a Purchasing Instrument to which it expressly relates and shall not otherwise affect the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Effect of Change Order. Except as expressly amended herein, the terms of SOW No.__ shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Change Order shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Service Framework Agreement between BDI Pharmaceuticals and Sponsor.
Effect of Change Order. Under Design-Build Agreement DB Contractor acknowledges that it has reviewed the Design-Build Agreement and provisions affecting Change Orders requested by DB Contractor under this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement. DB Contractor expressly agrees to comply with and be bound by Section 13.4.5 of the Design-Build Agreement.
Effect of Change Order. Except as expressly provided herein, all other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If a conflict or inconsistency arises between the provisions of this Amendment and the Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment shall prevail. The Department shall designate Change Orders as low, medium or high priority. Contractor shall begin work on low priority changes within 180 calendar days of authorization by both parties. Contractor shall begin work on medium priority changes within 60 calendar days of authorization by both parties. Contractor shall begin work on high priority changes within 30 calendar days of authorization by both parties. No services shall be performed pursuant to the change order and no payment shall be made on account of the change order until the change order is fully executed by both parties. Effect of Change Order. Except as expressly set forth herein, all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, including Exhibit F-l, shall continue in full force and effect.

Effect of Change Order. If any such Change Order or series of related Change Orders causes an increase or decrease in the cost of the Work, or in the time required for the completion of the Work to be provided herein, or otherwise affects any other provision of this Contract in any respect, an equitable adjustment (upward or downward) consistent with Article 1.7 shall be made to the Contract Price (if the Parties have not agreed on a fixed price for the Change Order), the Delivery Schedule or both, and to such other provisions as may be affected [***]. The Parties shall consider, negotiate and mutually agree to adjustments in a timely manner and this Contract shall be amended in accordance with Article 28.0
