DURATION OF THE LICENCE. The Licence shall commence on the Completion Date or on Ready for Use Date (whichever is later) and continue until the termination of this Agreement, at which time the License will terminate. This Licence shall not be terminated by either party unless in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
DURATION OF THE LICENCE. Expected to be for the period starting from 1 April 2016 and ending 31 December 2021.
DURATION OF THE LICENCE. This exclusive licence is valid for a period of _____ years from the date of signature of this contract. However, if the Work has not been put into circulation within ____ years after signing this contract, the contract will automatically lapse and the Author will again have full disposal of his rights to the Work, while retaining the amounts paid to him up to that point. DURATION OF THE LICENCE. This Licence shall come into force on the EFFECTIVE DATE and subject to covenants and conditions herein contained, will remain in force for a period of ( ) years from the effective date or for a period of years commencing from the accrual of the Licensee’s obligation to pay Royalty to the Licensor, in terms of Clause 5(ii) herein below, whichever is later.

DURATION OF THE LICENCE. For ON PREMISE licences, you will be entitled to use the software for an unlimited period of time, provided that the right to use the Main Program is current. In any event, if the End Customer or its End Users fail to comply with some of the provisions of this Agreement, Go2Latam may terminate this Licence without prejudice to any other actions and/or claims that it may have a legal right to. - SAAS Mode: the non-exclusive and non-transferable right that the End Customer's previously registered end users have to access the Software through a web browser and to use it exclusively for the internal use of the End Customer, always using that browser. The duration of the Licence in this case will be limited to the total duration of the Licences and their later renewals set out in the relevant order. In the event of cancellation of the Licence, the End Customer must cease using the SAAS mode as well as (ON PREMISE mode) removing, destroying or returning (at their own expense) the Software and all backup copies of it to Go2Latam or to the place where it was purchased. Upon termination of the Licence, Go2Latam: will also have the right to void the right of the end user to use the functions of the Software that require connection to Go2Latam or third-party servers.
DURATION OF THE LICENCE. This Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and continues for an initial period of 12 months. After the expiry of the initial period, the agreement continues for successive 12-month periods until terminated by either party on at least 1 month’s notice terminating 31 July in the year of the notice.
DURATION OF THE LICENCE. K&C Territories (other than North America and South America): A term of 31 months starting from 1 June 2018 and ending on 31 December 2020. North America and South America: A term of 24 months starting from 1 January 2019 and ending on 31 December 2020.
