Ready for Use definition

Ready for Use in respect of a Subsidized Product which is purchased with the provision of the Subsidy in accordance with this Agreement, means the use of the Subsidized Product will not infringe any laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the laws of relevant jurisdiction outside Hong Kong where the Subsidized Product will be used;
Ready for Use means when the Products and/or Services are fully supplied, installed, implemented, tested, accepted and operating in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions and as more particularly described in the Specification and Statement of Work.
Ready for Use means the Connection fully installed, tested and successfully passed the Acceptance Test in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.

  • However, the date for the Vessel to become Ready for Use (viz., before the Delivery Date) and the Delivery Date shall remain as stipulated in Schedule 2 and shall not be subject to any change unless the Government expressly agrees or stipulates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Contract.

Ready for Use. For purposes of this section, in determining whether the Project or project equipment are “ready for use,” the following factors shall be taken into account:
Ready for Use means the Project in its entirety or partially, as applicable, is ready for use or occupancy for the purposes of normal courtroom and court office operations as set forth in the General Conditions, except for Punch List Items and all factors have been considered as outlined in the “Beneficial Use” section of these General Conditions.
Ready for Use means fully installed and successfully tested in accordance with Clause 17.12.
