Division of Labor. Work historically performed by bargaining unit members shall not normally be performed by non- bargaining unit employees. This is not to be construed to change existing practices where, for example, a supervisor may perform limited bargaining unit duties as part of their regular work assignment.
Division of Labor. Equitable subdivision of an office work load and assignment of special tasks in an office on equitable basis will occur to the extent possible. No APA/Clerk shall be assigned beyond his/her competency or work which is excessive or overburdening except temporarily for a good cause.
Division of Labor. At the first meeting of the club, the responsible teacher may want to have all the members choose some key officers who will perform certain functions. The selection of officers may be done by voting or by acclamation. The positions are not fixed but may include (i) chairperson, (ii) vice chairperson, and (iii) treasurer. If there are many students in the club (e.g., 15 or more), it may be neces- sary to have one group leader for every 3 to 4 students as well. During the early phases of the club, the responsible teacher may have to have a great deal of involvement in helping club officers to fulfill their functions. The teacher, how- ever, should make a concerted effort to pass more and more responsibility over to students as they be- come more experienced in doing various tasks during the year.

Division of Labor. The Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for the Client. With prior written approval by the Client, the Consultant may subcontract assistance on any specific task as needed. Any sub-contract will be at the Consultant’s expense. The Client will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred due to the sub-contract.
