Cell Lines definition

Cell Lines means those cell lines referred to in Clause 2.1.1(b).
Cell Lines means the cell lines and any other expression systems that produce or express any SMIP.
Cell Lines means those cell lines referred to in Clause 2.1.2, and refers to cell lines provided by Lonza to Licensee under this Agreement or the REA for use with the System.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, genetic or genomic data from the Cell Lines may not be made available on the open internet.

More Definitions of Cell Lines

Cell Lines means those cell lines referred to in Clause 2.1.1(b) of the REA of which Biologics is the proprietor or is otherwise entitled to use in accordance with the terms set out herein.
