Group Leader. 24.1 A "Group Leader" job is one in which the employee has the combined responsibility of directing the work of a group of employees and performing some of the same work as the group directed.
Group Leader. I understand that by enrolling in this trip, I have made the choice to travel with the coach/administrator/group leader organizing my group, and I acknowledge that this person was not chosen by Hope Costa Rica I also understand that a group leader must accompany me on the trip. If my group leader cancels for any reason, Hope Costa Rica will ask him or her to assign a new group leader. If I cancel at this point and choose not to travel with the replacement group leader, my cancellation will be treated as a standard cancellation subject to the terms of this Agreement. If no replacement group leader can be found, I will need to cancel and the Hope Costa Rica Cancellation Policy will apply.
Group Leader. Responsibilities Group Leader will be required to be responsible to the supervisor for the following:
Group Leader. An employee who is given the responsibility as a Group Leader will be paid a premium in the range of 25 (twenty-five) cents to $1.00 (one dollar) per hour. The actual premium received will depend upon the employee’s performance as a Group Leader. Lead Tradesperson/Lead Hand An employee who is given the responsibility as a Lead Tradesperson will be paid a premium up to 75 (seventy-five) cents. An employee who is given the responsibility as a Lead Hand will be paid a premium up to 50 (fifty) cents. The actual premium received will depend upon the degree to which the employee assumes the extra responsibilities that are required. The Company agrees to post on each plant’s notice boards the appointments of all permanent Group Leaders, Lead Tradespersons, and Lead Hands. On an annual basis the Company will review all leader positions and premiums.
Group Leader. Under supervision, assist the shift leader and supervisor in providing direction, scheduling, assigning, executing, completing and inspecting work assignments in designated areas or among a designated team of Utility II employees. Provide effective team support, actively participate in assignments, set-ups, and inventory control for the designated team area or team tasks; assist new employees in gaining necessary skills and learning appropriate cleaning procedures; provide feedback and input to work procedures, equipment, and supply needs as well as the performance of team members to the supervisor. Serve as team leader for a small group (usually 3-5) of Utility II employees on a routine or non-routine basis (special projects or events). Serve as acting shift leader in the absence of the regular shift leader and supervisor. The group leader has no disciplinary power or responsibility other than informing supervision of ongoing patters of employee conduct which have the effect of interfering with the completion of job assignments. EXHIBIT C Letter of Agreement Between Xxxxxxxxxxx College And The Xxxxxxxxxxx College Support Personnel Association The College will require employees in the Skilled Maintenance–HVAC classification to make adjustments on the Energy Management System. These employees will be required to be available when called to make adjustments to the System through the computer or may be required to report to work to correct the problem. To provide appropriate payment for the work described above, the College and SCSPA agree to the following:
Group Leader. A Group Leader will be in general leadership of an Associate Designation, involving several diverse operations. A Group Leader may under the direction of a Supervisor: • assign work to other employees, • co-ordinate Associate Designation work, • deal with production issues, • train employees on any operation, • assist employees with quality issues and in-process quality inspections, and • Co-ordinate in-process quality inspections done by other employees.
Group Leader. Unqualified Duties would include, but not be limited to, some or all of the following: • carrying out the work of a Group Leader; • any of the duties of Assistant Child Care Worker 1 Year Qualified; • coordinate the activities of a group of children; • assess the needs of each child and monitor the child's progress; • general supervision of workers; • assist in the Centre's or service's administrative functions; • ensure that a developmentally appropriate program is planned and implemented for each child; and • maintain effective communication with parents of each child in the group that the person leads.
Group Leader. The Maintenance Department will have a Group Leader, one per shift, as required, to assist the Supervisor/Manager in various non-disciplinary duties.
Group Leader. An Officer, non-commissioned Officer (NCO) or other person traveling with the group designated as the point of contact for the unit. Group leaders are not authorized to make changes to any of the movement specifications established by the Defense Travel Management Office or the Transportation Officer (TO) arranging the move. Group Operational Passenger System (GOPAX). GOPAX is a web-based procurement system that allows DoD-approved carriers to provide an Offer of Service on full-charter transportation of DoD personnel traveling in groups. Use of GOPAX is mandatory for all carriers participating in the Department of Defense Bus Program.
Group Leader. The part-time hourly salary rates shall be those calculated in accordance with the following formula: Applicable straight time hourly rate + 13% in lieu of fringe benefits, (9% for nurses who are members of the Hospital's Pension Plan).
