Vice Chairperson. The Vice Chairperson shall act in place of the Chairperson in the event of the Chairperson’s absence, inability, or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required by the Committee. The Vice Chairperson shall serve as the parliamentarian and interpret any ambiguities of the bylaws.
Vice Chairperson. The vice-chairperson shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of the chairperson in the absence or incapacity of the chairperson.
Vice Chairperson. The Vice‐Chairperson shall perform the duties of the Chairperson in the absence or incapacity of the Chairperson and in case of the resignation or death of the Chairperson. The Vice‐Chairperson shall perform such duties as are imposed on the Chairperson until such time as the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioners Court shall appoint a new Chairperson.
Vice Chairperson. The Vice Chairperson shall assist the Chairperson in the discharge of the duties of the Chairperson and shall perform such other duties as the Board may require. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson shall preside at meetings of the Board and shall perform all the duties of the Chairperson. In such circumstances, the Vice Chairperson shall have all the powers and authority of the Chairperson and any documents signed by the Vice Chairperson shall be as valid and binding as though signed by the Chairperson.
Vice Chairperson. The Vice-Chairperson shall be from a school district in a county different than that of the Chairperson. In the absence or disability of the Chairperson, his/her powers and duties shall be performed by the Vice-Chairperson. The Vice- Chairperson shall have other powers and perform such other duties as the Board shall from time to time designate, as permitted by applicable laws and regulations related to educational collaboratives.
Vice Chairperson. (a) The Vice Chairperson shall fulfill the above duties in the absence of the Chairperson.
Vice Chairperson. When the Chairperson is absent from the Committee meetings, the Vice-Chairperson shall assume the Chairperson role.
Vice Chairperson. The board shall elect from its representatives, consistent with the Articles and By-laws, a Vice Chairperson, who shall serve for a one (1) year term.

Vice Chairperson. The duties of the Vice-Chairperson include (i) in the absence of the Chairperson, presiding at meetings of the Foundation, the Foundation Board, and the Foundation Members, (ii) serving as a Foundation Director, (iii) performing such other duties as may be prescribed by the Chairperson or the Foundation Board, and (iv) performing such other duties as ordinarily pertain to the office of the vice-president of a corporation exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law). In the absence of the Chairperson, or in the event of the Chairperson being unable or refusing to act, the Vice-Chairperson shall perform the duties of the Chairperson, and when so acting, shall have all the powers and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Chairperson.
