Design Reports a. Architect/ATP (By Scope) Report: Purpose is to communicate to the architect the key information that initiates site investigation report, space plan and construction documents. Report is generated available on the Web Site and can be printed to a hard copy. All key information for a single project along with special instructions, contacts, etc.

ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION Execute a disclosure statement as required by 40 CFR 1506.5(c). Prepare a Categorical Exclusion Checklist (CEC) Environmental document for the PROJECT as specified in the MANUAL and Chapter TRANS 400, Wisconsin Administrative Code. Furnish the required number to the MUNICIPALITY for approval. Prepare an environmental document that evaluates reasonable alternatives to the PROJECT and consider other reasonable actions or activities that may achieve the same or similar goals of the proposed highway PROJECT, including other or additional transportation alternatives and intermodal opportunities and the alternative of taking no action. Evaluate alternative courses of action based upon a balanced consideration of the environment, public comments, and the need for safe and efficient transportation consistent with local, state, and national environmental goals. Prepare environmental documents that are concise and emphasize significant environmental issues and plausible alternatives. Comply with requirements specified in the MANUAL and TRANS 400, Wisconsin Administrative Code. In the event of a conflict between the MANUAL and TRANS 400, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the administrative rule supersedes.

  • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
