Project Reports definition

Project Reports means the reports that are set out in item 9 of Schedule 1 and that the Recipient is required to provide to EECA under clause 4.3 of this Agreement;
Project Reports means the annual certification and tenant data required under Section 10.C., and if required for the LIHTC Project, the audited financial report (AFR) and the annual project budget.
Project Reports means the periodic reports and the final reports and all documents to be submitted to the Commission, in accordance with the General Conditions, provision II 7 and, if appropriate annex III.

Examples of Project Reports in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Association.

  • The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association.

More Definitions of Project Reports

Project Reports means the report(s) or the updates to be submitted by the MSI in relation to the Works at regular intervals;
Project Reports means any: (a) monthly operations reports; (b) final environmental reports, environmental sampling data or environmental site assessments; (c) independent engineer reports or other technical due diligence reports; (d) cost segregation reports and appraisals; (e) irradiation reports; (f) insurance reports; and (g) any interconnection or transmission reports, in each case, that was or is prepared at the direction of a Seller, a Company or a Company Subsidiary or is otherwise in the possession of a Seller, a Company or Company Subsidiary in connection with a Project. To the extent more than one version of a Project Report has been received by a Seller, a Company, a Company Subsidiary or any applicable Project, the term “Project Report” shall mean the most recent version of such Project Report.
Project Reports has the meaning set out in Item 6 of Schedule 1;
Project Reports means the reports that the Recipient is required to provide to EECA under this Agreement, as described in item 6 of the Schedule;
Project Reports mean the periodic narrative and financial reports and the final narrative and financial reports and all documents to be submitted to the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Grant Agreement.
Project Reports means the written reports prepared by FOUNDATION and delivered to COMPANY during the PROJECT, as set forth in Exhibit A.
