Engineering Reports definition

Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).
Engineering Reports shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c)(i).
Engineering Reports means, with respect to each Individual Property, the structural engineering report(s) with respect to such Individual Property (i) prepared by an Engineer, (ii) addressed to or permitted by such preparer to be relied upon by Lender, (iii) prepared based on a scope of work determined by Lender in Lender’s discretion, and (iv) in form and content acceptable to Lender in Lender’s discretion, together with any amendments or supplements thereto.

More Definitions of Engineering Reports

Engineering Reports means the structural engineering reports with respect to the Facility prepared by an Engineer and delivered to Lender in connection with the Loan and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.
