Environmental Documentation definition

Environmental Documentation has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(h).
Environmental Documentation means all environmental site assessments, environmental audits, environmental reports and other similar or analogous reports or documentation relating to the application of Environmental Laws to PrimeWest and the PrimeWest Subsidiaries.

  • The Consultant, through a subconsultant (Stantec Engineering) will prepare Environmental Documentation in accordance with TxDOT Requirements.

More Definitions of Environmental Documentation

Environmental Documentation means all activities and documents required to comply with federal and/or state environmental, water quality and endangered species laws and regulations (including CEQA) in connection with Permitting and the construction and operation of the Project, but not including implementation of and compliance with Permitting and environmental mitigation measures and other requirements during Construction and Construction-period monitoring of compliance with Permitting requirements and environmental, water quality, endangered species and related laws and regulations.
Environmental Documentation means documentation required for compliance with CEQA as defined in California Code of Regulations, Title 14, section 15361.
