Evaluation Reports definition

Evaluation Reports means the Biannual Evaluation Summaries, Annual Evaluation Reports and Final Evaluation Reports.
Evaluation Reports means any additional reports that identify the outcomes that have been achieved. This may include user surveys, feedback/comments from individual users or end of project reports.

Examples of Evaluation Reports in a sentence

  • Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Reports are available for review at each elementary school built prior to 1980 and at the Department of Facility Services, Operations Service Center without cost or restriction for inspection during normal business hours.

  • Evaluation Reports shall be maintained in the Unit Member’s personnel file.

Related to Evaluation Reports

  • Evaluation Report means that document which becomes a part of the employee’s personnel file.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
