This model is being used by international organizations, EPA, the State Environmental Goals and Indicators Project, and others, as a way of categorizing indicators which fosters an understanding of the nature of the information provided by a given indicator, as well as the relationships among the indicators.
The Committee will determine the FFO to Debt Ratio and the level of attainment of the Environmental Goals for the Performance Period and the amount of the Award to which Participant is entitled, if any, on or before February 28, 2012.
