Deduction from Sick Leave. (F/T) Employees who are absent because of illness shall have the number of days absent deducted from their accumulated sick leave credits.

Deduction from Sick Leave. ‌ A deduction shall be made from the Sick Leave Bank for all time absent on account of sick leave, and Emergency/Family Care Leave. After the fourth (4th) absence period, the employee will not get paid for the first two (2) days of the fifth (5th) and sixth (6th) absence, the first three (3) days of the seventh (7th) and subsequent absences except at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer. This procedure will continue for the remainder of the employee’s year of service.
