Crating. Dog may be crated during Owner’s absence from the home, but for no longer than ten (10) successive hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period. The crate must be large enough for Dog to stand up and turn around in, and must have a proper floor for Dog to lie comfortably on its side. Outside Shelters. An outside shelter such as a doghouse, dog “run”, or “kennel” is not acceptable as a permanent residence, but can be used temporarily, if needed, when Dog is let outside for short periods of time, and only when Owner is home. Dog will not live in, nor be chained or otherwise fastened via zip-line, cable or other similar device to, a doghouse or any other structure including, but not limited to, trees, fences, or outbuildings. The design, construction and strength of any outside shelter must be adequate to contain Dog, keep other animals out, and shall be maintained and kept in good repair.
Crating. Crating consists of packaging the Equipment for safe transportation. Each Buyer shall be responsible for completing any Stabilization and Crating of its portion of the Equipment within a timely manner after Internal Transport occurs. All work and costs associated with Crating are the responsibility of the applicable Buyer. If Agere determines that a Buyer’s Crating operation in the Agere furnished facility is not on schedule, Agere may assume the Crating operation of such Buyer’s Equipment or require such Buyer to perform Crating at a non-Agere facility, or remove the items to an offsite warehouse. Prior to assuming such Crating operation, Company will provide the applicable Buyer with five (5) days written notice of its intent to assume Crating operations (the “crating notice period”). Following the crating notice period, any such Crating actions taken by Company will be at the applicable Buyer’s risk and reasonable expense. Loading consists of placing the Crated Equipment onto a Buyer’s carrier’s trucks or other vehicles of transportation. Each Buyer shall be responsible for Loading its portion of the Equipment and its costs associated therewith. Should it be necessary that any Loading be done by Agere, it shall be done at the applicable Buyers risk following reasonable notice by Company to the applicable Buyer.
Crating. The parties acknowledged that Lessor has arranged for and paid for the crating and other normal expenses required to prepare the Assets for shipping to the Lessee pursuant to the Original Agreement, and that Lessee did not request or pay for any special preparation of Assets for shipping pursuant to the Original Agreement.
Crating. The price includes crating. ART. 5 - DELIVERY The supply shall be delivered CIF ANSALDO - Genoa (ref. INCOTERMS 1990).
Crating. Lessor agrees to arrange for and pay for the crating and other normal preparation for shipping expenses required to prepare the Assets for shipping to the Lessee. If Lessee requests special preparation for shipment, such as preparation by the manufacturer of specific pieces of equipment, then Lessee agrees to pay for that special preparation.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances: (a) Maintenance of Network equipment: if the Distributor wishes to inspect or effect alterations, maintenance, repairs, or additions to any part of the Network, subject to clauses 4.6, 4.8, 4.10, and Schedule 5 as applicable; (b) Permitted by Service Standards: as permitted by the Service Standards, if the Customer has elected to receive an interruptible or otherwise non-continuous supply of electricity; (c) Compliance with instructions from the System Operator: (i) to comply with a request or instruction received from the System Operator in accordance with the Code; or (ii) if communication with the System Operator has been lost, and the Distributor reasonably believes that, had communication with the System Operator been maintained, the Distributor would have received a request or instruction from the System Operator to shed load in accordance with the Code; (d) Maintain security and safety: to maintain the security and safety of the Network in order to: (i) maintain a safe environment, consistent with the Distributor's health and safety policies; (ii) prevent unexpected short term overloading of the Network; (iii) prevent voltage levels rising or falling outside of legal requirements; (iv) manage System Security; and (v) avoid or mitigate damage to the Network or any equipment connected to the Network; (e) Compliance with the Code: to comply with the Code or the law; or (f) Other circumstances: for any other purpose that, in the Distributor’s reasonable opinion, and in accordance with Good Electricity Industry Practice, requires the interruption or reduction of delivery of electricity to any ICP.

  • Grading The coarse aggregate as delivered to the mixer, shall be well graded as per IS specifications. Maximum size of aggregate used for the work shall be 20mm or 40mm or as specified in items in the bill of quantities and it shall confirm to IS: 383-1970, clause 4.2 (Table-2) However, the exact gradation required to produce a dense concrete of specified strength and desired workability shall be decided as per laboratory test by the Engineer.   • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.

  • Installation When installation is required, the Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the Commodities or parts in the required locations at no additional charge. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the Commodity or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, tools, rigging, labor, and materials required to install or replace the Commodities or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
