CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (including operations, completed operations, products, contractual, and owners and contractors protective liability) and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance which shall protect the SUPPLIER from claims for damage and personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damage which may arise from operations under this Contract whether such operations be by the SUPPLIER or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the SUPPLIER shall be the minimum limits as follows: Comprehensive General $300,000 bodily injury and property damage combined single limit Automobile $300,000 bodily injury and property damage combined single limit.
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The CONTRACTOR shall procure and shall maintain during the life of his contract, Contractor’s Public Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 for injuries, including accidental death to any one person, and subject to the same limit for each person, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 on account of one accident, and Contractor’s Property Damage Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000. Any subcontractor employed in connection with the work shall maintain such insurance unless the Contractor’s insurance covers the subcontractor and its employees.
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of this Agreement, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance as shall protect Contractor from claims for damage for personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages which may arise from operating under this Agreement whether such operations are by Contractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor, and the amount of such insurance shall be minimum limits as follows:
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. In accordance with Sections 103.06 and 107.14, carry regular Contractor's Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000).
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The Contractor shall procure and shall maintain during the life of this Contract public liability insurance providing combined single limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 for anyone event and an aggregate limit of $1,000,000.00. Property damage liability shall include coverage for explosion, collapse and underground. Proof of coverage shall be received by Owner prior to the commencement of work.
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. 14.4.1 General liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) each occurrence applicable to the Work and an annual aggregate limit of liability of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) applicable to the construction of the Work. The policy shall include coverage for any and all of the following: bodily injury, broad form property damage, personal injury (including coverage for contractual and employee acts), contractual liability, incidental professional liability, and products and completed operations. Further, the policy shall include coverage for the hazards commonly referred to as XCU. The products and completed operations coverage shall extend for five (5) years past acceptance, cancellation or termination of the Work. Said policy shall contain a severability of interest provisions.
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The Contractor shall procure and maintain during the full term of this Agreement, including any extension thereto, with DMA as an additional insured, COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABLITY AND COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE as shall protect him from claims for damage for personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages which may arise from operating under this Agreement whether such operations are by himself or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him, and the amount of such insurance shall be the minimum limits as follows:
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of this Agreement Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance as shall protect them from claims for damage for personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages which may arise from operating under this Agreement whether such operations are by the Contractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by them, and the amount of such insurance shall be minimum limits as follows: Contractor's Comprehensive General Liability $500,000 Each Occurrence, Coverages, Bodily Injury & Property Damage Combined Single Limit Automobile Liability Coverages, $100,000 Each Occurrence, Bodily Injury & Property Damage Combined Single Limit Excess Liability, Umbrella Form $4,000,000 Each Occurrence, Combined Single Limit Insurance clause for both BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE shall be amended to provide coverage on an occurrence basis.
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. With respect to all operations performed by the Contractor and subcontractors, the Contractor shall carry Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance providing all major divisions of coverage including, but not limited to: Premises – Operations Independent Contractors' Protective Products and Completed Operations Personal Injury Liability Contractual Liability Applying to the Contractor's Obligations for Damage Claims, Broad Form Property Damage Collapse and Underground (CU) Coverage Explosion (X) Coverage, unless this requirement is waived in writing.
CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The Contractor shall procure and maintain, during the life of the contract, Contractor’s Public Liability Insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 for injuries including accidental death to anyone person and subject to the same limits for each person in an amount not less than $2,000,000 on account of one accident. The Contractor shall also procure and shall maintain, during the life of the contract, Property Damage Insurance in the amount of not less than $2,000,000 for each occurrence and aggregate. The Township shall be named as co-insured for all of the above insurance coverage and a certificate showing evidence of the above insurance coverage being in effect shall be filed with the Township prior to execution of the contract by the successful bidder.
